Dean's POV:

We got all the rooms painted up. Sam was keeping all the patients calm while I was getting the doctors and nurses out.

"Sir now you listen to me. If you don't get all the workers out of here you guys are gonna die. And my brother and I would like to try to minimize the chances." I said.

"Sir you need to understand. We have a job to do here we can't just leave the patients." He said.

"Leave or your just killing yourself." I said.

"No." I grabbed him by the shirt and slammed him into a wall.

"Get them out of here or you'll be on my list. And trust me buddy you do not want that." I said.

"O-okay." He said. He ran off to get everyone out. I went into Victoria's room and sat beside her.

"I said leave Dean. Why won't you just listen to me?" She asked.

"Because I don't leave people I love behind." I told her. Just then the room got cold.

Everything started to shake. Sam ran in.

"It's happening." He shouted. Victoria looked as helpless as a baby kitten at the moment.

"Sammy you walk around I'll scope out some of the rooms." I said. He nodded his head and we left her room.

Pretty much all the windows were shattered.

"Xaphan." Some older lady kept whispering.

"You know him?" I asked.

"I've read about him. And there is no way in hell any of us are gonna make it out alive." She said.

"Don't worry. My brother and I will do the best we can to get you all out of this safely." I assured her.

"I can sense your a hunter. But so was I. My husband died from him." She said.

"Do you know what made him go after your husband?" I asked.

"Yes. Some demon deals end in ten years and hellhounds will get you. But this, this is a lot worse. Whoever did this was in contact or had some kind of relationship with someone who worshiped him. And that person can send him to go after anyone at anytime. The person who worshiped him practically sold the other persons soul to him." The lady said.

"Dammit Victoria!" I yelled.

"Do you know why anyone would want to do that to someone?" I asked.

"Hatred, jealousy, sin. I don't know." She said.

"Great just great." I said and walked out of there. I checked on a few more patients and told them everything was going to be okay.

I walked about halfway down the hall until I heard a scream. Not just any scream but a scream like someone was being tortured.

"Sam! Dean! Help me!" Victoria screamed.
