Team RWBY and BT are walking through Vale on a Friday during the preparations for the Vytal Festival. Red, yellow, and green streamers and balloons are proudly on display, and the group is strolling through it all with an awed Weiss Schnee in the front. A sign is being put up by the elderly Shopkeep that reads in bright red letters "WELCOME TO VALE!" for all the foreign newcomers from their respective kingdoms of Remnant.

Weiss stops and raises her arms in amazement.
Weiss: "The Vytal Festival! Oh, this is absolutely wonderful!"
Ruby: "I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much, Weiss."
She frowns a little.
Ruby: "It's kinda weirding me out..."
Weiss turns to Ruby.
Weiss: "How could you not smile? A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances! Parades! A tournament! Oh, the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply breathtaking!"
Yang: *sighs* "You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring."
Weiss: "Quiet, you!"
As they continued walking, many bystanders were staring at BT, some in shock, some in amazement, and some in fear. Ruby then looked at BT.
Ruby: "Just wave at them BT, show them that you're friendly!"
The Titan did just that, waving at the bystanders. Most of them laughed a bit, seeing a young girl teaching a giant robot how to look friendly in public. They soon went back to what they were doing.
The group then stops near the docks and the sounds of foghorns are heard.
Yang: "Remind me again why we're spending our Friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks?"
Ruby covers her nose due to the smell.
