Part 1: Pilot

We pulled up to the drive way. "Your brother is going to be so happy you home" my insisted
"Yea okay" I said taking out my head phones

Suddenly a boy with a big blue mo-hawk ran out the door "y/n! I've missed you so much! You've changed a lot since I last saw you"
" you did to Eli " I looked him up and down " anyways, where Robby? Does he still live around here"
Elis face went from happy to angry " yes he still lives around here. But y/n you gotta stay away from him.. he's trouble. Also my names hawk now"
I looked at him confused Robby wouldn't hurt a fly I thought to myself. I just nodded my head showing Eli now "hawk" I understand
" good" he says " I have someone I want you to meet anyway, this is my friend Miguel"
He looked at my and smiled " h-hey, erm your really pretty"
I couldn't help but giggle " thanks Miguel's your not so bad yourself"
I could tell that me and Miguel were going to be really close sooner or later...

A little while after that

I sat in my room unpacking clothes and hanging up my stuff. Suddenly I heard a little pebble hit my window. I looked outside and there was Robby with who skateboards.
" you didnt think I would forget about you coming home did you" he smiled " come on let's somewhere "
"I'll be down in a minute" I laughed and shut my window "mom I'll be back in a little while"
I ran outside and gave Robby a big hug. He was a lot taller then he was before and way hotter too.
We went down to the skatepark and skated around for a while. I stopped and sat down on a near by bench
"Y/n me and my mom are moving away for a while" Robby muttered
"What" I yelled " I just got back and now your leaving too"
" it's not permitted y/n" he said grabbing my hands and kissing my forehead " I'll be back for you I promise"

Present day
(You and Miguel are dating now)

It was my sophomore year in high school and the year had just started. I stood with my brother, my boyfriend who had his arms around me and there friends who were also juniors.

"You you guys remember Robby" Tory said catching my attention "well I guess he moved back to town"

" that rat is back" hawk whispered right as the boy walked in "speak of the devil"

Miguel's arm was located on my shoulder making it kinda hard for me to see. I looked up and over his arm; there was Robby walking down the hall. He looked at me and I looked at him. He suddenly smiled at me; I smiles back and waved to him. Hawk put his hands in front of me and clapped causing me to jump.

"Hey what was that for" I questioned

He moved him lips as if he was saying words but not letting the sound out " stay away from him y/n" I rolled my eyes and said okay.
But how could I Robby Keene, my childhood best friend was back; I missed him so much.
   Class was about to start; I had first period with Tory due to the fact We were in a higher math class then our grade level. I told Tory that I had to stop by my locker and I would catch up with her before class.
    I grabbed my math book and closed my locker. There stood Robby

             "Hey y/n it's been a while"

I smiled and hugged him "I've missed you so much, omg what class do you have"

  "Uhh math" he said looking at his schedule.

"Oh cool, me too" I said "we can walk together"

On our way to class we talked about all the things we did over the summer and I asked him what it was like in Texas. (Idk I just put that there cause I needed a place) I was so fascinated by everything he said I didn't realize we walked by hawk and Miguel. They saw me laughing and talking to Robby; hawk was so mad and for Miguel well he was jealous, the both stared and glared at Robby.

   "So what's up with you and Miguel" he asked

"He asked me out last year" I answered " he's a really sweet boy"

"Oh" he said kinda sadly "you know y/n I never understood why your brother hates me"

"Aren't you guys like enemies or something" I said turning and walking backwards

" well no not really I don't have a problem with him he just doesn't like me" He shrugged

Suddenly I ran into someone "oh my gosh I'm so sorry" I insisted
"watch where your going next time, for someone who has eyes you sure don't use them" the girl yelled. Of course it was Sam and her girl crew. He boyfriend Kyler then looked at me and flipped me off
Robby flipped him of back " who were those guys"
" Sam Larusso and Kyler the douchebag" I said angrily.
       The bell rang right as we walked to class we both took a seat next to each other and started our lesson.

Fast forward to lunch

Tory Aisha and I walked into the cafeteria a little late. I stopped and looked in disbelief. There stood Robby Miguel and hawk arguing. Miguel and hawk were confronting Robby

" dude chill out nothing happened y/n and I are just friends" Robby said annoyed

" dude I see the way you look at her" Miguel yelled " stay the hell away from my girlfriend"

"I thought I made it clear a long time ago I didn't want you around me or my sister" hawk continued pushing him down " looks like I'm gonna have to teach you a lesson and make you remember."
Before either of them could do anything I stormed over there.
      "What the hell you guys" I helped Robby to his feet " are you okay"
   "Yea I'm good" he muttered "I think I hurt my ankle tho"
"Y/n baby we were just-" Miguel began to talk but I cut him off
" save it Miguel, i expect this from my brother but not you, I can't believe you would do something like this" I put robby's arm around my neck and started helping him to the nurse. Robby then turned his head to the side and smiled at both of them.
    "Why that little punk" hawk whispered to Miguel "I know"
      Robby started to walk normal as soon as we left the cafeteria. I stopped and looked at him confused. He then made a funny face causing me to laugh
" I faked it, I just wanted to get outta there" he giggle
"Your such a dork" I said running away from him "hey lets go somewhere"
   He again laughed and started chasing me. I ran into the auditorium and hid behind one of the stage curtains.
"Boo!" I yelled as soon as he walked past me. He looked at me with sad face, sat down on the edge of the stage and started to fake cry.

Robbys POV:

Y/n sat down beside him "hey let's play truth or dare"
"Okay" i smirked "t or d y/n"
"Mmm truth" she answered
"Why are you with an asshole like Miguel"  i bluntly asked
"Well he's not always a asshole" She looked down "he was there for me when I had no one, he's like one of my best friends besides you of course"
"I'm sorry" I whispered to her "I'm sorry I left you"
"It's not a big deal Robby, I understand why you left the important thing is that your back" she looked me in the eyes. Ugh she had such gorgeous e/c eyes. I missed being around her she was always so happy. She then asked " t or d"
"Truth" I said
She jokingly respond "how many girls have you dated since you left"
I looked up at all the empty seats "none y/n" she looked kinda surprised " I didn't date any girls; I've only ever wanted to be with one girl."
