Parties were never really my thing

I just want to let everyone know that this is based of the tv series but doesn't have all of the events from the movie so it is a little different

The next day:

I woke up at about 10:00 am to a text from migul. "Ugh he canceled again" I thought to myself. Ever since Miguel started at that cobra Kia dojo he hasn't really had time to hangout with me. Then again I don't really wanna talk to him after the whole Robby situation yesterday. "I wonder what robby's doing today"
I grabbed my phone and texted Robby.

Bestie😴🍄-Hey do you have any plans doing

Skaterboy🛹🍃-Hanging out with you lol
        
Bestie😴🍄-Great meet me at golf n stuff in 20 minute

Skaterboy🛹🍃-Okay 👌

I got outta bed I threw on a black crop top, blue ripped jeans, a jacket and grabbed my skateboard. "Mom I'm leaving for a while" I yelled. On my way out I ran into my annoying brother.
" hey little sis" he said blocking the door " theirs a party tonight at the beach. Miguel's going hopefully I see you there"
"Yea yea whatever" I mumbled "I'll be there"
"Great!" He grinned annoyingly " you know Miguel wasn't trying to be rude, he was just being.... protective"
I rolled my eyes and pushed him outta the way. I didn't live that far away from golf n stuff or the beach they were both about a 10 minute walk. I arrived at golf n stuff to see Robby there waiting for me.
"Hey" he said smiling "you look really pretty"
"Thanks champ" I said kicking my skateboard up and walking over to him " how about some mini golf"
"Sound good to me" he grabbed a club "if your ready to lose"

Robbys POV:

Y/n was always a fascinating girl. She wasn't worried about being popular or how many boys liked her. She never wore to much makeup or always had her nail done. That's what I always liked about her.
  "Yes I made, first try" she cheered " beat that"

"With eas" I said hitting the ball into the hole. " I think that means I win and you owe me a milkshake"

We sat down in a booth drinking our milkshakes. I have strawberry and she had (whatever kind you want). She looked at her phone.
"Oh crap I'm late" she said frantically " Um I'm supposed to got to this party do you wanna come"
"Sure" I said grabbing my coat. We ran outside jumped on our skateboard and road to the beach.

Y/n's pov:

When me and Robby pulled up to the beach. It was full of people. I saw my brother making out with some girl and my boyfriend having a beer. Me and Robby started heading down to the group when suddenly my drunk boyfriend walked up to us
"Hey y/n" he said kinda angrily "glad you could finally make it"
"Yea sorry I'm late we went and got some pizza so I kinda lost track of time" I said smiling at him
"Oh so instead of coming here on time Your hanging out with this guy" Miguel began to shout
"Miguel I..." I stepped back as soon as he started to yell
"hey don't talk to her like that" Robby stepped I defending me
Oh shut up" Miguel drunkenly said swing his fist towards Robby. I tried to stop him but it was to late , me trying to break up the fight caused Miguel to hit me. I fell to the ground; my boyfriend hit me right in the eye.
"Are you joking right now" I yelled "oh my god Miguel! We're done!"
Robby helped me up and we headed back to my house.... on our way back to the parking lot I heard my brother yelling at Miguel "what the hell dude that my baby sister; you hit my little sister!" I smiled at the fact that my brother had my back.

We had mad it to my house. Robby had walked me up to the door to make sure nothing happened on my way inside, we stopped in front of the front door and looked at each other

"I'm sorry tonight wasn't that fun" he muttered "and I'm sorry you got hurt because of me"

"Hey it's not your fault!"I said intertwining his fingers with mine "beside party's were never really my thing"
We both laughed. Robbys smile was so amazing I couldn't help but look at him.
"Why are you looking at me like that" he was much taller then me so I had to stand on my tippy toes in order to reach him.
"I'm not looking at you like anything" I said
Right before  I could say another word Robby pressed he's lips against mine. I kissed him back; his lips were soft and comforting.it reminded me of the beach... The beach..Miguel! Oh my god I just broke up with Miguel and I'm already kissing some other dude! I pushed away from Robby and looked at him confused...
"y/n I-" before he could say anything I ran inside and locked the door. What had just happened?
