It was just a rainy day, there Silvia and Jasper were writing messages on a piece of paper and putting it up to the window for the other to see. They had been talking about things going on at school, and in general.
The two spent about an hour talking until Emerald and  Aura walked back through the front door as they had come back from the store.
"Is that all you've been doing all day?" Emerald asked looking over at Silvia writing her next message. "Yeah, we can't really go outside.." Silvia said looking up at her mom, knowing her mom didn't seem too happy, she never really was once since her ex husband left. "You should really stop talking to that boy, he's only going to leave you when you need him most." Emerald said walking away to the kitchen. Aura closed the front door after bringing in all the groceries, rolling her eyes at Silvia as she walked away following her mom into the kitchen. Silvia wrote her last message for the night and would close the curtain and blinds. She walked upstairs and checked on her little sisters who she had been babysitting, as Jordan was sleeping over at a friend's and her mother and aura had already been out. She'd tuck them both in, then she'd move their hair away from their face walking back downstairs. Emerald was drinking while she read a book in the living room, Aura was in the kitchen doing the dishes while her dog Cyrus was outside fighting with the other neighbor's guard dogs. Aura rolled her eyes at Silvia "Help for once, and let Cyrus back inside" Aura would look back at the sink picking back up her  sponge and dish.
Silvia walked up to the back door till her mother yelled at her to come over, so she walked over. "Silvia, I left you with one simple task, and I'm hoping you didn't mess it up. I want you to know that if i catch you talking to Jasper again there's gone be consequences. Boys are nothing but trouble Take your father as an example who left cause of you."  Emerald said, later she got up to go to the kitchen to get her third glass of the night.
Silvia would walk back over to the back door and would let cyrus back inside, remove his collar, and later walks off to the stairs. She'd hop onto her bed and would roll under the covers falling asleep to the thunder outside, and later Cyrus would climb up on her bed hiding himself in her blanket covers. There they laid in bed till morning.
