Practice was just starting and Shirabu was just getting started on getting the boy in shape. She was telling them what was wrong on their plays and if they didn't fix them in the next 2 plays then their break was cut by 5 minutes (they have a 30 minute break) and they had to do 20 laps around the gym. The boys were thinking that shirabu was a demon sent from hell to punish them for something.
Semi: ugh I guess she didn't lie when she was more strict then couch I feel like I did 30 practices in 1 day
Tendou: same this is going to be hell from this day forward
Goshiki: himiko-Chan can you please let us have a 10 minute break please
Shirabu: what do you mean if me and my friends who are girls are able to do this every day then this should be easy for you boys.

Shiabu: you guys get back to practice or me and couch will make practice harder everyday! After hearing practice is going to be harder if they don't go back to practice, they all had a mental break down while practicing. Shirabu has a great eye on everyone she could tell that if they are slacking off or not. Then something rang.
*ring ring*
Shirabu: oh sorry that's my phone *on the call* Hello
Hinata: hey boo
Shirabu: oh hey sunshine, do you need something?
Hinata: oh yes so I was thinking of have having a training camp for our teams
