"Well then, summon Humphrit the elf" commanded Autumn. And a tree shook and out came an elf. "You called me your Seasoness?" said the elf. "We will tell them a riddle so make sure that they don't cheat." said Spring. The elf smiled then bowed. "Oh! Let me tell the riddle!" volunteered Winter. "Ok then" said Summer.
"I can be alive, I can be dead,
And sometimes the floor is my bed."
The girls thought for a moment and suddenly Saura said "The answer is Leaf! Right?". Winter then nodded and the girls were amazed. Kaycei asked her "How did you figured it out?". "Well, there are leaves around us and Leaves can be around us live and dead. Plus, we usually see leaves on the ground. Correct?" answered Saura. Kaycei looked at the leaves on the floor and nodded.
The girls then looked at the Seasons. The Seasons then said "Very well then, you may pass this land. But we will let Humphrit the elf guide you." said Summer. "Thank you so much" said Serenity. Winter faced Humphrit and said "I will send you to guide these worthy children through the land but come back.". "Will do, your Seasoness." replied Humphrit.
And with that, Humphrit led them through the forest and to a portal. "Here is the portal to go to the other land. Be glad that your dragon friend can fit though." said Humphrit. "The name is Flameheart." said Flameheart and and Humphrit nodded. "Well, I should be off to be back to the Seasons. It's nice meeting you." said Humphrit and with that he left.
