Her Lover getting hurt as a warning from a villain. She wil have a breakdown or unable to move if she saw her lover hurt or dead.

Hit in the vital organs. Misa's Vital organs are the weakest part in her body but not the one to kill her.

Her Spinal Cord. If her spinal cord is only hit she will get hurt very badly and could die but won't because it can't kill her.

Her Spinal cord and Vital Organs getting hit. If she got her Vital organs and Spinal cord hit at the same time or stabbed, she will die but slowly and painfully. So she wpuld die in 2 days.
