Amatsu is unwanted by both hero and villain society so, their sole purpose now is to wreak havoc wherever possible.
Nate is a British boy who was forced into joining U.A high school, but he doesn't really try that much. Or at all.
How do those crazy...
Quirk: Matter Manipulation - User can manipulate the matter of everything. (all cells are made of matter).
How their quirk works: When it comes to manipulating solid objects, Amatsu heats up the bonds connecting the cells (therefore making the solid temporary liquid), then they move the matter within the cells to the shape they want and freeze the bonds again. Amatsu automatically knows how long their manipulation will last. Any attempt to make the manipulation last longer will result in migraines which usually lead to slight bleeding from the nose, ears and eyes.
Drawback: Using the quirk too often will cause the user's cells to increase in temperature, slowly burning them from the inside.

Drawback: Overuse causes temporary body mutations based on respective quirk. Electricity: small crystals form on his arm and hand with small blue jolts of electricity dashing between them. Water: pores expand to large proportions with water dripping out. Both very painful. Both can also be used to create a powerful blast with his quirk however it would lead to hospitalisation so he doesn't do that.

Ok so my oc is Amatsu and my friend's oc is Nate. We both like MHA and decided to make our own characters (which we've had a lot of fun with).
What we didn't expect was how much of a lovable chaotic duo these two were going to be.
