After us cleaning the theatre for what felt like days we finished right as the first bell rang. I picked up my stuff and started walking to my first class. Jack pulls me back, "Marina wait." I look at him, "Yes?" He kisses my cheek, "Be safe okay?" 

I laugh, "It's school-" He shushes me, "I just.. don't want you to get hurt." I smile and kiss his cheek, "I don't want you to get hurt either, so you better stay safe. I love you." I start walking away again and he yells to me, "I love you too." 

I sit down in my seat for science class. I pull out my books and wait for the teacher to come into the class, "Marina. MARINA" I turn around to see who is saying my name, "Ryan. What do you want?" Ryan is THE BIGGEST JERK EVER.

"You lookin' pretty hot in those clothes." I roll my eyes and turn back around, "But I bet you look hotter with no clothes. Say.. I'm havin' a party tonight and would like you to come, we can have a lot of..." He stood up and walked to the front of my desk. He put one hand on my desk and one hand of my shoulder, "Fun." 

I furrow my eyebrows, "No. Absolutely not." I push his hand off my shoulder and look at the door for the teacher. "Oh come on baby.. it'll be real great." His hand starts reaching for my chest, "No." He wouldn't stop, "Hey she said no." Ryan falls to the ground and Jack is standing behind him, "Marina, come on let's go."

He gets me out of the chair and puts my books into his bag, "Jack what are you doing here?" Jack held up a smoothie, "I forgot to give you this." I smile and take it, "Come on let's get out of here before he wakes up." He grabs my hand and pulls me out of the class room. We hide in the theatre room, "Men just don't know when to stop do they?" 

Jack sits next to me on the floor, "Men are jerks.. especially Ryan.. he never listens to anyone but the dumb voice in his head.." Jack pulls my head onto his lap, "Hey, I'll always be there to protect you, even if we don't have all the same classes." 

I smile as he starts playing with my hair, "I guess I didn't listen to you when you said to be safe." He laughs a little bit, "As long as you are safe now.. that's all that matters to me."
