A girl that the government has kept away from the public.

The reason is because of her quirk.
She has a quirk that might be seen as simple but she can cause so much trouble, seeing how it can be used in many different ways we lost count. If it falls into the wrong hands or someone who doesn't know how to quite wield it, it could be dangerous.
To the point her parents got scared when Kandi developed her quirk and got in contact with some people to keep themselves safe, that's not the only reason.
But to also help Kandi to get control of her quirk.

The quirk does have its down falls.
After using her quirk after a set period of time her mental state starts to decline rapidly.

Other then that there isn't much information about her.
She has an extremely bad case of bipolar personally disorder that can explode out at anytime, which was another side affect from her quirk.
Which is why her quirk got dangerous," A white mouse creature said from the head of the table.

The table was big enough for a few people with a few people sitting around it.
A hero with darker hair with a blue tint spoke up.

"But she got better control of her quirk sense then right?" The woman asked.

The mouse shook his head in agreement.

"Yes, but her lash outs is still quite frequent and dangerous," he said with a finger up explaining.

"And you want to bring her to this school?" A males tired voice spoke up.
"Yes!," the rodent said in a matter in fact tone.
"If her quirk is that dangerous we should try to help her to control it and use it for good," the mouse said giving a vague reason for why she is coming.

"She will be put in class 1A until further notice."

The black hair male with eye bags sighed, knowing another student with emotional problems is going to get shoved in his class.

The Rat noticed this and decided to add something.

"In case if her quirk goes way to out of hand, you can use your quirk," the creature tried to reason with him.

All the black haired teacher do was shake his head in agreement, knowing he had no other choice then to really agree.

"Is there any objections to bringing this girl into UA?" It asked everyone else.

As in everyone else, it was only 4 other people.

The black haired man didn't really do anything because he already basically accepted his fate.

The woman who asked the first question and shook her head, trusting the intelligent rodent that was in front of her.

A blond that has been surprisingly quiet the whole time also shook him head, singling that he also has no objections.

As most of them didn't have any objections they all turned their head to a slender blond that was also at the table.

He softly shook his head.
"I'll be happy to help," he said to everyone else.

As they all shook their heads in unison.

Then the black haired male decided to ask another question.

"When is she coming," he asked so he can be prepared and might prepare the other students.

"About 4 days," he said.
"The only reason why she isn't being brought here immediately is because she is in a institution in China." They all nod there head in understandment.
