"You're Perfect"

Tonight i have my first date with my boyfriend, Jacob.   He's a year older than me. I'm 16, he's 17. We have been together almost a year. We have had small double dates and stuff like that, but never anything where we're alone like we will be tonight. I was wearing a mint green  dress that reached just above my knees with my mint green Vans. I done my make-up very lightly, only wearing mascara, lip balm, and pink lipstick. I straitened my hair and done a half up half down hairstyle with a mint green bow. I sprayed a small amount of perfume and grabbed my purse and phone. I walked downstairs where my mom and dad were making a huge deal out of this. This is my first date with Jacob.  They were taking pictures and my mom was crying. I rolled my eyes. "Mom don't cry. I'm gonna be fine." I said as the door bell rung. It felt almost as if a thousand butterflies erupted in my stomach. Jacob was here and i was suddenly getting nervous. I took a deep breath and walked to the door where my older brother was telling Jacob if he hurt me he'd kill him. "Zach, stop." I said pushing him away from the door. "Sorry about my brother." I said. Jacob laughed. "Nah, it's fine. Ready?" He said. I nodded. "Bye Mom. Bye Dad. Bye Zach." I said as we walked out the door. Jacob opened my door for me. I thanked him and got in. I buckled my seat belt and Jacob done the same. We drove for about 10 minutes and we pulled up to a small park. There were string lights in the trees and there was a water fountain and in the middle there was a small open space and a blanket. It was beautiful. "This is beautiful." I said. "Like you" Jacob said and bit his lip. I blushed. "Thanks." Jacob intertwined his hands with mine and he sat down with me. After a small picnic, Jacob stood up and went to his car, coming back with a guitar. "You're Perfect" He said before playing. I smiled. After the song was over Jacob pulled me to my feet and pressed his lips to mine."I love you" He said. " I love you too" I replied biting my lip.  It was the prefect first date.
