That morning laval woke up from the weirdest dream ever. He couldn't fall back asleep so he went to go train. Yesterday wore him out he had to run 10 times around the camp for setting Coles cabin on fire laval grabbed a sword from the training sword area and started hitting the dummy chopping his arms and legs then he looked beyond camp, yesterday Adam told Laval that there was a distractor's spell on the camp so whoever came close to the camp got distracted and forgot about the camp and went back to his business, Laval missed his mom and his Grandma he has been gone for so long, Then out of the glips of his eyes he could see a tiny thing zip passed the trees.
"who is there?" Laval yelled out loud "Show yourself."
Then the little satyr came out of the bushes with a worried expression on his face
"what is.." but before Laval could say another word The satyr took his and ran toward the woods
Laval tried to tell the satyr that he couldn't go in there without another camper but the satyr wouldn't have it then the satyr started slowing down and they both crouched underneath a bush and Laval saw Two griffins attacking this winged creature Laval charged in and got out his coin and a sword appeared laval charged and slashed the griffins away when the creature grabbed Laval in its wing and Laval could tell that it was a wolf with wings the wolf spoke to him but not like how in Narnia how the lion spoke to others it was like telepathically
"one of us will not make it and I wouldn't want to kill the son of my master please they will back with more I need you to take my baby please," then the wolf lifted her leg and a baby wolf was head popped out
"wait why are they attacking you?" Laval asked
"I am their half-sibling baby and I am the last Pterolycus meaning winged wolf and half dragon they hate us so they killed every Pterolycus in the world except me pls they are back."
"Pleas they will tear you apart." Laval didn't want this creature to die
"my fir is steel it feels like it is soft but is hard it will take a while to tare me up now go." the wolf lifted the baby and put it inside laval arm "Go please save my baby I will give you 3 seconds head start to camp pls go also his name is Bubda'' then the wolf spoke into a language Laval couldn't understand "I just made it so Bubda is bonded to you now go."
Then all the sudden Laval could hear the sound of griffins coming the when the wold opened her wing Laval shot out and ran then Laval looked behind him 3 griffins were attacking the wolf and one spotted the wolf in Laval's hand and dived at laval laval swung his sword then the Griffin grabbed his sword and snapped it in half than for the last time he could hear the mom wolf speak
"you can shade walk and shadow travel. All you have to do is concentrate." but Laval had no time to stand still so he made a cube of ice around him "concentrate," the wolf said then Laval closed his eyes and a rush of wind passed through him and the wind was knocked out of him and he opened his eyes and he was on the training arena wind knocked out of him Laval laid down and the wolf in his arms rubbed out of his arms
"Bubda hu interesting name" as soon as Laval said Bubda the wolf's head shot up and coked his head to the side and blow Ice from his mouth
Laval shot back then he heard a gasp.
