No One's POV
The superstars lined up in front of the doors to the big room. Randy Orton peeked his head into the window and saw over 200 kids that looked to range from 4-15 maybe 16 years old making their way quickly into the big room.
"You excited?" Nichi asked walking up behind him and hugging him. He turned around and kissed her before putting his arm around her and walking to the back of the line of superstars.
"Yeah! You know I love doing these things." It's true Randy Orton isn't a bad guy. He actually loves making people smile and making their day.
"Of course I do!" She says laughing as the superstars made their way into the room of now screaming kids. They both smiled once they walked into the room. Kids swarmed around them and had kids hanging on them. All the superstars got almost the same reaction from each kid. Their was smiling, jumping, laughing, and hugs. All the kids were so happy to see them, but one little girl who was hiding in the corner keeping away from all the people.Randy's POV
We all sat down and decided it was that time to sign autographs and get pictures with all the kids. After a good 30 minutes of signing, picture taking, and talking with the kids we decided to split up and do crafts, play games, kick a ball, etc. with the kids. Nichi was dragged to the crafts table with some little girls and I was dragged to go a kick a ball some boys.
"I'm just warning you now, I stink at soccer..." I said rubbing the back of my neck. I turn and look at Nichi and she looks up and sees me she smiles and waves and I wink at her. She rolls her eyes and then I get hit with a ball to the head. She starts to giggle with the little girls and the boys laugh at me.
"I wasn't paying attention not fair." I say passing the ball to the kids again. We start to play kick the ball a bit to hard and they kick it out of our circle to a little girl sitting in the corner hiding. They all shake their head and walk off not going near her or the ball I look at what just happened and decide to ask Mr. Turner the owner of StoryBrook Orphange. I walk over to him and Adam (Edge).
"Hey Randy what's up?" Adam asks giving me a bro hug.
"Nothin much but sorry to interrupt but can I please talk to Mr. Turner?"
"Oh go ahead." He says walking off.
"So Mr. Orton what do you need?"
"I want to know, if I may, who that young girl over in the corner is?" I ask slightly pointing in her direction. He nods and sighs.
"That young girl is Alanna. She is 6 almost 7 years old. She has been here sense she was 4. She has been abused by her parents and was brought by her neighbors. She is terrified of people especially women and hasn't spoken a single word ever sense she's been here." He said shaking his head. I look over at her and my heart breaks.
"Can I try and talk to her?"
"You can try." He said walking off. I hop off the stage and make my way over to her. She sees me and starts to look down. I get within 3 feet of her and she starts to shake. I stay where I am for 5 minutes and decide to sit down. I wait for 5 minutes and then scoot a foot closer. I wait 5 minutes and scoot another foot closer so we are 1 foot away. I slowly reach my hand out and she starts to breath weird so I take my hand back.
"Hi sweetheart, my names Randy. I'm not going to hurt you. You can trust me." I said trying to get her to look up. She doesn't move or say anything.
"What's your name?" I ask trying to get some sort of reaction from her. She doesn't say anything and I sit there for about 3 minutes without either of us saying a word so I decide to share about my life.
"Well, UMM I'm the oldest of 3. My father was a wrestler so was my grandfather and my uncle so that makes me a 3rd generation superstar. I am currently an uncle because my brother and sister are married with kids while I have a girlfriend of 2 and a half years currently. I'm 27 and I love to play guitar. I enjoy just kicking back and watching tv when I can but in constantly on the road. My room mate is John Cena and his girlfriend for when we go out of town... That about sums up my life I guess. Oh and I plan on starting a family when I get married." I finish off while she stays in the same position.
"It's time for the superstars to go everyone!" Mr. Turner shouts. I look at the little girl and gently place a hand on her shoulder and she flinches before relaxing.
"Hang in there princess." I say standing up. Before I can walk I feel a small hand grab my hand. I stop and look down with a smile on my face. The little girls hand is holding onto mine with her head slowly making its way up.
"P-please don't go..." She says in a nearly audible voice. I smile and nod. I sit back down and wait for her to talk.
"I-I'm Alanna. I'm umm 6 years old and I like to draw, and I've never had a real family..." She says looking at me for a second then looking down again. I slowly scoot by her and she freezes then relaxes. I bring her into my side and she tenses up and after a few minutes she relaxes.
"I love animals especially dogs and I umm have nightmares during the night of my old parents..." She says. I feel my heart break.
"That's never going to happen to you again." I say hugging the little girl and she nods into the hug.
"I have to go now, but trust me, I'll be back. I promise." I say crouching down before kissing her head and walking away. She waves making me wave back and I watch as she runs up the stairs.
"Hey did you make a friend?" Nichi asks as we walk out of the building to my bus.
"Sure did." I say looking up and seeing her looking out the window I smile at her and she she smiles slightly. I hop in the drivers seat and Nichi hops in the passenger seat before we drive to the arena for Raw.
