school, as always, was something (y/n) hated. a really deep hatred. she could never get along with the rules that were given to her. why was the point of following the rules? all you have to do is have fun. right?
(y/n)'s mind revolved around the excitement that the world gives her. she always found trouble exhilarating. doing something she wasn't supposed to do was always a reality escape from her suffocating lifestyle. rule, after rule, after rule. ew.
being the daughter of a wealthy family that controlled her in every way possible. abuse being the most of all techniques. this all made (y/n) brusque, emotional, and troubled all her life. it took a toll once she entered teenagehood.
an arranged marriage.
her parents saw potential in their young princess. their minds coerced at how (y/n) needed to get married to give them more wealth, thinking that choice will bring their only child some sort of happiness.
which it doesn't. and never will.
she finds happiness in herself. the accomplishments she makes. especially within the rules she breaks. but like they say, all good things have to end. and that's where her family comes in.
she loves her edgy style of clothing. her parents despise it. she wants to go out and skate around. her parents decry that decision. she wants to have friends. her parents come between that idea.
they don't let her be herself.
her parents suck away her soul just to tear her up even more. insecurities surrounded her headspace.
'am i not a good enough daughter? why can't i be normal? i need to change to be loved...'
negativity surrounded her in her everyday life. but even if she suffered. she brought up a fight for her happiness. she snuck out during the night. she taught herself her favorite hobbies. she constantly climbed up the infinite black hole.
there were a few slip ups where she gave up completely, before pulling herself up, reactivating her mission of being free one day. she wanted to live without having strings attached to her hands.
a loud sound soon pulled the young teenage girl out of her thoughts. bodies of students stood out of their seats, following one another out of the classroom doors. (y/n) being too caught up in her head, was the last one in class to leave.
the sound of chatter and unknown voices bothered her ears. she didn't want to hear other's achievements of having friends, or having anyone at all for that matter. she envied what they had, because she knew she would never have it.
she had the desire of walking up to someone and introducing herself, wanting to be the one taking the initiative to become friends. but she was too fucked up to do so. even if she wasn't, sooner or later her parents will find out and change her to a different school and toughen up the rules.
a small figure with an impeccable black suit next to a long black limo stood in the front of the school, waiting for the young lady to arrive.
(y/n) walked up the the car and got in once her driver opened the door for her. she put on her seatbelt, looking out the window during the ride, trying to keep her sad and depressing state to herself to not cause any worries to her driver. the last thing she wants is for someone to pity her. though, she could really use a hug.
the drive was short, (y/n) making the most out of it, wanting to get lost in her fantasies for as long as she can.
the sight of the sun setting caught her eye, her driver opening the car door for her to step out and lead her in the household where both her mother and father waited for her.
she took some small, light steps until reaching her hand out to open the front door. her eyes immediately looking down at the ground.
"welcome home, (y/n)..."
