Duke POV
      "Roger what you mean Anthony said Stacy wants to see me?" Have I been on my own dope or did Stacy really die? I'm so confused right now. I've been grieving Stacy death all along and she ain't even dead. I never really knew how much I loved Stacy until they said she over dose and died. Maybe this is my time to get right and get my old thing back. I want us to be the family we never got to be. I hope Breanna can respect me as her biological father and not as her God father.
    I just can't believe that me and Anthony share the same father. I never imagined having siblings and I finally got a chance to have a lil brother. I want us to start fresh with everything. Anthony is a man and his pride is pretty huge. I'm sure that Natalie can sweet talk him to do anything. I just want my family back. I wonder if Anthony still be in the 9th ward after he built that fancy salon and spa on the east side. If he not in the 9th ward, I'm going to have to go ride on the east side.

Stacy POV
I didn't plan on things going down the way it did. Breanna no one knew that I was alive, not even your father. The only person that knew was one of your father workers. He felt like I didn't deserve to die, so he gave me a clean start and put me in this rehab. It's the best thing somebody every did for me. I was tired of being on drugs. I just need a little motivation.Seeing your father with Natalie reminded me of how I use to be in my younger days and I miss it.
I use to be a bad mama jamma back in those days, but your father was the only man I craved. I never told you how me and your father met. Let me start the story cause it's going be awhile. I remember it like it was yesterday, I was 16 wearing some Guess jeans with a Nike shirt and some all white Nike Cortez shoes on my feet. Back in the day Nike Cortez shoes was called dope man Nikes. Your father had a pair of yellow & blue ones on and I admired those shoes. It was special edition.
Many people wanted those shoes, but only the real dope boys could afford them. I knew your father was a dope boy by the way he dressed. I never told you this, but your grandparents made me go to a all girl prep school. When me and my friends use to walk home we use to walk in front St. Aug High on purpose to see all the dope boys and gangsters. I use to have a big crush on your dad . Jackie liked Mike and Laura liked Duke. Wait stop, so that's why aunt Laura stop coming around?, replied Breanna.
Don't stop me just listen. Trust me your answer will be answered long as I keep telling the story. One day me, Laura and Jackie decided to go with our moves & planned a triple date to the bowling alley. It didn't have much to do back in those days other than skate, bowl and outside movie theaters. We wasn't no fast tail lil girls and I definitely didn't trust myself in a car with your dad. I didn't want to turn into the girls we use to talk about. So I kept it clean and smooth and choose bowling.
   We all agreed to meet at the bowling alley. Of course your father wanted to show off his 1978 candy red cutlass, so he picked me up from my house. Your granddaddy was so fascinated with that car and still today when he not mad at me he ask about that ole car. "Mom can you please skip to the interesting part already," Bre interrupted. Ok fine we going to fast forward some stuff. As you know Jackie and Mike got married and so did me and your father. Laura had a baby for duke and he left her.
    Duke didn't want to grow up. All he wanted to be is a drug dealer. He thought the fast money was a way to live his whole life. After duke left I took in Laura and her son Davon in. Over the time Laura got on her feet and was able to provide for Davon. He use to come see little Davon on weekends and when Laura wouldn't be at my house. "Well mom why I don't remember being around Davon?", Bre asked. Bre if you interrupt me one more time I'm going to cut this story short.
      "Ok I quit, but I have so many questions it's unreal.", replied Bre. To answer your question you don't remember him, because you wasn't born yet. We would play house with Davon while your father would be in deployment somewhere. I used to get lonely and all I had was Davon and Duke. Once Davon got old enough to understand what was going on he told Laura what was going on. Laura and I got into a altercation and we haven't spoke to each other since that happen. I don't blame her at all. I was a lonely house wife.
   I just wanted to be touched and loved on. Duke was my comfort when I got lonely. Laura stop letting Davon come see me and Duke, so we planned on having our own child someday. I thought about your father, but it was a out of mind out of sight kind of thing. I always loved your father, but the sex wasn't all that, like it was with Duke. The relationship with Duke was all about lust and opportunity. It was different with your dad. I didn't plan to hurt your father or have him feel this way.
    Your father came home for a month and I would let him do it raw. When I got pregnant I knew it was for Duke, but I didn't have the courage to tell him. He was so happy to be a father and he was the best father to you. You may feel like we didn't love you, but your father didn't turn away from you. It's hard raising another's man child. He didn't mind because he felt like your are his biological daughter and that's the only thing that counts. "Mom why you stop talking?" Asked Bre.
Bre POV
     Mom wake up, please wake up. I need help my mom is not breathing. Can someone please help me. Mom you can't leave me again. I thought I lost you before. This can't be real. "Stand back ma'am.", the paramedics responded. 100w I need a charge for 100w is all I can hear. Clear. Mom please come back. All tears rolled down my eyes the paramedics informed me that she's back breathing. You have to contact your father and inform him what's going on. Tears came down even harder knowing my dad doesn't want to hear from me. I went off on my dad not knowing it really was my mom fault.
