"Dude I've been calling you all day where have you-" I skipped to the next voicemail.
"It's me again, call back."
I listened to each voicemail. Each saying the same things with words rearranged.
"Yo, Chase its Zac. Call me back alright?" I rolled my eyes and shut off my phone. I got up and wandered to Samantha's room.
"Sammy, let's go down to the kitc-" I said looking up then realizing she wasn't there.
"He has been sobbing every night. It breaks my heart. He wakes up and his eyes are bloodshot." I heard Sammy's distant voice.
"What happened between you guys?" The voice continued. I followed each word to the bathroom. I pressed my ear on the door.
"Arabella," she said softly, "what happened?" My heart started to beat faster. My palms also started to sweat. I quickly cleared my throat.
"Umm, Sammy. Can you help me make breakfast?"
"I gotta go." She whispered. She slowly walk out of the bathroom. Her face is completely red. She doesn't look at me as she walks by.
"Uh, what do you want eggs or pancakes?"

"I'm going out." Sammy told me.
"Where are you going?"
"Uhm, to the park."
I squinted my eyes and nodded my head. I knew she was hiding something. I heard the car keys jingle and the door shut. From inside I could hear the car speed away. I ran up into my room. I jumped onto my bed and grabbed my phone.
"Zac, can I borrow your car?"
"Dude, where have you been? I've been calling you for days?"
"I can't talk right now. Let me borrow your car?"
"What's wrong with yours?"
"Sammy took mine, and hers isn't starting."
"Yeah, come over." I hung up and grabbed my sweatshirt. I walked over to his house which was four blocks away. When I got there Zac was outside with the keys in the engine. I smiled and thanked him.

"Find Sammy." I commanded to Siri.
"Locating Sammy." I followed the green dot. The route seemed extremely familiar. I looked back down dot and it was at its location. I continued going and saw the car.
I got out and looked through each store. None having Samantha in. I walked into another not realizing what it was. The strong coffee smell. The cream colored walls. The wooden tables. The chalk written menu list.
"Hello, welcome to 'Spill The Beans'. What would you like?" My legs felt like jello and my eyes started to water.
I slowly looked up to see everyone minding their businesses. I looked around and saw Sammy. And her. The love of my life. Arabella.
I ran out of the shop. My breathing heavy. Why is she with her? I instantly pulled the car door. The alarm went off.
"Shit." I whispered. Everyone went outside checking if it was their car. I did everything I could to stop the gut wrenching sound.
I looked around and my eyes stopped at the coffee shop.
"Chase?" Arabella said, as a tear rolled down my cheek.

FINALLY!! I finally updated a chapter. ugh I'm so sorry. School has gotten in the way. This chapter is extremely short but I had to update. Anyways, tell me your thoughts on this chapter. I really dislike this chapter.. thinking about redoing it..
