Mel's pov later on that day
Me and Vinnie both ordered our food from In-n-out. "Actually let's sit down outside in one of the booths." Vinnie's warm smile made me smile. "Sure." I said.
We got our food and started to eat and talk. It's nice having Vinnie as a friend. Both of us can basically talk about anything, or just open up to each other.
"You're so beautiful, y'know that, right?" Vinnie said making a light pink tint creep upon my cheeks.
"Well thank you Vinnie." I smiled as one of my hands moved one of his golden curls out of his eye. My stupid eyes trialed to his lips.
He liked them and stared right back at mine. It's to soon. "We should head back." He nodded as we both picked up our trash to throw it away.
I still couldn't believe me and Vinnie almost kissed. We both headed to the car and got inside.
Not even halfway driving back both our phones were blowing up. We both looked at each other confused as fuck. "Are you going to check?" He asked me, then I unlocked my phone to see that most of Vinnie's fandom were hating on me.
For what??
"What is it?" He asked and I started to read comments on my very recent post. "What the fuck? Why are they coming at you like that?" Honesty I didn't know why until we got messages from the group chat.
