Proposal

Recap: Laksh bday and no clues...

Laksh was laying on the bed, he was smiling while staring at the ceiling, today I will propose her or else I will again miss the chance to ask for her hand, but first I need to get the ring.

With a smile he stood up from the bed and changed into his casual wear, he had taken a day off in advance to plan everything.

While he was styling his hair, Omi knocked on the door, "Bro you are getting late. Ragini is waiting for you!"

Laksh confused, how did she know I will propose her today, I haven't even called her yet for the date. Hold on, why is she waiting now?.

"What, why is she waiting and where?"

Omi rolled his eyes, "at the academy, her results are coming today, she didn't reached you yesterday and informed me to remind you."

Laksh hit himself with his palm on the forehead, "damn, I totally forgot it. Haan Omi I'm leaving now." He opened the door and left as soon as possible to reach the academy.

Ragini was looking at the board, the black board, she was looking around as she was alone, everyone of is checking the results of their exams at home, here I am all alone, where are you Laksh?

Laksh shook his head, damn she will be alone, I hate it to leave her alone even if it's just for a couple of minutes, her loneliness is killing her and me too.

He parked the motorbike and rushed to Ragini, who hasn't noticed the motorcycle, but his presence, "Laksh don't even try it. You are late," she crossed her arms around her chest and put a pout on her face.

Laksh sat next to her, but back facing, she didn't mind it as she was liking his way of teasing her, "you know you could have checked it at home."

"And share the happiness with whom? They still think I'm wasting my time with you. They have no idea that I had continued with the studies and now waiting for the result."

Laksh took a deep breath, "I know, and I'm happy to be a part of your joy." He was now sitting next to her when the principal come out with the result, Laksh immediately stood up and asked him, "Ragini Gadodia," he was spelling the name, "G-a-d-o-d-i-a, Ragini has she passed?"

The principal just starred at him while Ragini lowered her head in embarrassment.

"She didn't!"

Both got a shock, "what?" Now Ragini was standing next to Laksh, "failed?" They said in union, but the principal shook his head, "no, she topped! And there is someone waiting for her."

Laksh turned to her, "Ragini you topped congratulations," he kissed her forehead and let her go, better say, he pushed her to her new luck, "go someone is waiting."

She was scared, but followed the principal who introduced her to music label.

Laksh was checking the time, I have to reach the jewellery store on time, but not with her.

After an hour Ragini came out with a big smile on her face, "I'm under contract."

Laksh widen his eyes, "you are what!" He lifted and twirled her around.

"Laksh put me down or I will," he saw her face in placed her back on her feet's.

"Sorry a got excited, but now go home I'm coming in the evening to ask for your hand."

Ragini widen her eyes, "what?" She was shocked and happy at the same time, the blood on her cheeks were heating, a soft warmth feeling results to a blush on her face.
