Ragini was in her room, she was sleeping late like daily her routine has changed and she is damn happy about it. She was taking a deep breath having a cute smile on her face. Wah Laksh now I understand why you love to spent your time on bed that too for so long. It feels like my body got new energy.

Ragini sat on the bed and leaned on the bed head with her back, a deep stretch of her arms and she felt like a newborn baby. Oh I'm missing him so much, but he is so busy and that call was really irritating! How could he say this?

A few days back

"The phone is ringing will someone pick up it!" Shekhar shouted out of his throat.

"Why don't you do that? Maybe it's the next groom you are looking for me to get an appointment to meet me!" Ragini shouted as loud and as impulsive back.

"Ragini mind your tongue!"

"Fine I will, but that will only Happen, when YOU WILL MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!" 

Ragini picked up the receiver, "Hello Gadodia house." She was so disinterested that even Laksh could feel it.

"Ragini it's me, Laksh. I hope you remember me." He said exhausted after having extra working hours.

"Laksh? Who is this?" Ragini said a bit annoyed to him, "I don't know someone, who calls himself Laksh. Sorry wrong number." She cut the call and he understood

She is angry, I should have called her earlier and inform her about my work. Now she will definitely misunderstand me.

Present day

Ragini stood up from the bed, checking the time she smirks. Let's see if they have prepared the food, I'm not going to cook for them as long as they won't change their stupid low mind. They have messed up so much in my life I won't let them continue it.

Ragini took some fresh clothes, all she was doing, was for herself. She wasn't caring for the others the way she used to, only for one she prays day and night, that is her Laksh.

Ragini was downstairs, she was looking at the filled table, she rolls her eyes, "is another family coming? I said no, and a no means NO! Why don't you get it?"

Shekhar glares at her, "there is no one coming for you. There is no one for you as you are unfortunate!"

Ragini rolls her eyes, "hogaya? Dil ki baat zubaan pe aagayi, kaleje ko thandak mili? {are you done? Finally you said what's in your heart, do you feel satisfied now}?" That wasn't her sarcasm it was her real answer as she has learnt it, "you know I'm not unfortunate in love, no this is my destiny and I have learnt to live with it. I have learnt to move on and fight for it, what you couldn't do. After all I'm not like you, but like my mother. Who was strong enough to stay with a man like you, who always loved another woman! DISGUSTING!"

Ragini sat on her regular place and starts to have her food, Shekhar was only glaring at her, he couldn't say anything as she was right.

The phone rings, she chew her bite and gulped it down with a bit help of water, she stood up and picked up the receiver.

"Hello Ragini here!" She said there was no Gadodia or anything relating to it.

"Please don't cut the call this time!" He was pleading and she tips with her finger on her chin, "fine you have 1 minute to explain yourself!"

"One minute!!!" He shouts int the phone.

"50 seconds!" Ragini said as a reply.

Laksh widen his eyes, "boldness haan, okay fine listen."

"30 seconds!" She said slackly to him, checking on her nails. Oh no my nails are looking like ugh 😑 I have to go to the beauty parlour.

"Pen and paper!" He said and she startled.

"What?" She said.

"20 seconds!" Laksh said and she frowns.

"Excuse me!" She said to him.

"Okay I forgive you!" He said and Ragini widen her eyes.

"What?!"

Laksh was suppressing his laugh, he was the only one who could handle her, "write down, time 5 pm address Kash Ltd. floor number 5, rest you will do by yourself!"

Ragini was totally confused, "what?" She said and he repeats the address and time.

"Oh madam I have a gift for you! so please come."

Ragini grimace, "gift?" She smiles, "what is it?"

Laksh smiles, "it's a surprise so please, come and don't be angry on me. I'm sorry okay!" He said it and ended the call.

Ragini was smiling and her eyes were shining. Finally he called again, I thought he wouldn't dare it again after the last outburst of Shekhar Gadodia.

A few days back, actually the same like the first call.

Laksh tried again to call her, this time He had Shekhar on the phone line.

"Hello Shekhar Gadodia speaking."

Laksh shrugged hearing his voice, but there was something coming into his mind. Why it sounds like Kabira speaking from the movie Hera Pheri. He really is a killer. First he killed the dreams of Shamistra Aunty by listening to his mother. Second he killed the dreams of Janki Maa! Third he killed the childhood of both SwaRagini as it wasn't enough lastly he killed the dreams of Ragini, by choosing me... okay maybe I too killed them, but at least I'm trying to redeem not like him ruining it instead of clearing it. Stupid man.

"Hello!" Shekhar yelled.

"Uncle I'm Laksh can I..." Laksh hold the phone a meter away and still could he hear what Shekhar had to say about him.

"You useless boy."

Excuse me I'm a man and definitely not useless like you!

"You have mislead my daughter!"

I don't, she has shown me the right path!

"You are the reason for the mess in our life."

Your life is a mess, oh hello I haven't been in a relationship and marrying another one. Making kids with both and then not having the guts to accept the woman. As if my life isn't a mess, gosh someone kidnapped me and now I'm sorting it out!!!

"You will never be happy. That is why no one is trusting you as you are not trustworthy. And whoever does is stupid like you!"

Now Laksh anger raised, "just shut up! You can insult me, but not Ragini. How dare you to even consider me as the reason for your misery! The time your life has turned upside down, I wasn't even born so don't make me responsible for something you have created!"

Tututututut....

Hearing the truth he got scared, stupid old man.

"Ragini! How dare you to cut my call!"

"Papa how dare you to talk to him like this!"

Both were arguing about it...
