Chapter 1: The New Kids

Candy and Sapphire just moved to Elmore three days ago. Today was their first day attending Elmore Junior High School. They were taking the same bus as Gumball and Darwin. The two female cats didn't want to be late on their first day of school, so they ran as quickly as possible. The bus driver, Rocky Robinson, was about to close the door when Alan, the green balloon held the door open for them, nearly getting popped. They both climbed into the bus, Candy going first, then Sapphire. They hopped onto the seat in front of the Watterson brothers. Sapphire was curious to see who would be her future friends. So, she turned around and peeped over her seat and saw Penny Fitzgerald, Tobias Wilson, Anais Watterson, and There she saw Gumball Watterson. It was love at first sight. She elbowed her friend. "What!" Candy said sternly. "Look at the majestic blue creature sitting behind us!" Sapphire replied excitingly. Candy peeped over the seat and saw Gumball. "Eh, he's alright. I've seen better." Candy replied. "Well, I have to talk to him." Sapphire said. So she turned around and the conversation started. "Hi! I'm Sapphire! I'm one of the new girls Miss Simian probably told you guys about!" "What's your names?" Sapphire said excitingly. "Uh..um.. I'm Darwin Watterson, and that's my brother Gumball." The orange fish said awkwardly. "Um...hi?" Gumball said. "Ok that's great cuties!" Sapphire replied. "Uh..what?" Darwin asked. Crap! Sapphire thought. Why the heck would I say that. Gosh darn you! Sapphire went back to her seat where she found Candy playing Zelmore on her gameboy. "So, how did it go?" Candy questioned. "It was good...sorta..Well, I mean ive could of done better." Sapphire said sadly. Finally they arrived at their new school and went directly to Principal Brown's office. He happily showed them around the school and took them to Miss Simian's classroom. The principal swung the door open and introduced the two girls to the class. The teacher showed them to their seats and surprised the students with a surprise math test. After the bell rang, every one rushed to the library.
