Mina's POV
"HEY! Hey, wake up!" I heard someone as they tap me hard and I suddenly sat down holding my chest. It was a dream?
"Are you ok Mina? You were grunting and panting while you were sleeping. Are you in pain?" My roommate asked as she looked at me worriedly.
"I-i think I'm ok, my dream felt so real" I whispered and held my neck where the girl in a red dress bit. She studied my face and I just smiled at her. "Thank you for waking me up, that was a nightmare"
"Do you want to talk about it? Or not, whatever you decide" She smiled at me assuringly. Nayeon unnie always made me feel safe, She always looked out for me ever since I moved here a year ago. She's always there for me which I'm grateful for.
"It's the same old things" I looked at my hand anxiously as she studied my face again. It's always her. I don't even remember her face when I wake up! but I know whoever that is, Is just one person or monster? I mean.. she always wore the same thing in my dreams so I think whoever that monster is, is the same as the person in my nightmares this past few weeks.
"The vampire again huh? I swear if only I could find that vamp I'd stake it with whatever silver I would find" She crossed her arms in her chest and pouted. She's cute. I smiled at her and chuckled lightly.
"Well I don't think Vampires are real," I told her and shrugged. She looked at me, a look I couldn't describe what then she got up from my bed and smiled at me, showing her bunny teeth. "If they were, I'd always protect you"
I smiled at the thought of it. Im Nayeon always protects me, may it be on the people who bullies me or even in small things such as a mosquito. I know she's being a dork and all but that's what I like about her. People saw her as cold, arrogant, and egocentric but that's not how she is when you actually meet the bunny side. She's soft, she leads, she protects, she loves and it shows.
I met her a year ago when I was a transferee at Seoul National University. Ever since then, we hit it off and became friends (although a LOT of people were shocked cause they know how cold and arrogant she is, but not with me).
"Go take a shower! You'll be late!" I heard her scream from the kitchen. I looked at the clock next to mine

"Ah shit" I hurriedly took a shower.

"Myoui!" I heard a familiar voice call out to me so I looked back. Nayeon, Jeonyeon, and Jihyo were together. Jeongyeon waving and smiling at me like there's no tomorrow. Nayeon in the middle of the three had her lip shut on a thin line. Ah yes.. her signature bitch face, I smiled at her and her lips ghosted a small smile. Jihyo on the other hand was just smiling and waving.
"You ok?" Nayeon said as they all reached me.
"Thankfully I was not late for my first subject this morning!" I sigh as we walked together to the cafeteria.
"You.. were almost late?" Jihyo's eyes grew bigger. Yeah, shocker.. I was never 'almost late' nor late. I nodded as I fixed the books I was holding.
"Give me that" Nayeon took the books from my hand and continued walking. "HEY!" I protested but she didn't stop walking so.. yeah, no choice.
"Was it the vamp again?" Jeongyeon suddenly asked as we reached the cafeteria. I felt something in her voice but didn't quite get what it was.
"Yeah, the same vamp, It felt so real." My voice grew quieter as if I was scared someone would hear it.
The way that person held my neck delicately and suddenly choked me in a second. That was not the thing that's bothering me though. It was the fact that I was not scared of her at all-ok maybe a little, BUT ONLY A LITTLE!- Despite the aura of that.. person? I'll just say person, Despite the aura and the air she was radiating, I was not scared. Despite the smirk and that red eyes, I was not scared. When she bit me, It was painful, yes, but it was something different...
