You were at a concert in h/t/c (home town/city) because Louis loved seeing you in the crowd it helped make sure he does a good job to impress you it was towards the end of the show so paparazzi were coming you were squshed between two paparazzi and one of the paparazzi pushed past you hitting you in the head with the lens causing you to start bleeding your vision sighlty became blurry
"LOUIS!LOUIS!" I fan screamed at the top of her lungs Louis who had been playing with his microphone looked up and smiled
"What's wrong love" Louis said
"IT'S Y/N COME QUICK" Louis immediately ran down the stairs and pushed through the crowd to find you curled up in the fetus position holding the back of your head since blood was pouring out in a moment of desperation he pulled you close putting pressure on the cut as his mum had taught him to he looks around with pure anger
"Who did this" Louis said his hair becoming loose
"He did" a fan said pointing to the paparazzi right behind him
"Why are you standing there you started the problem solve it"he said
"Call the ambulance"
"Yeah yeah sorry man" he said taking out his phone and calling the emergency number
"Don't worry baby they'll be here soon your dieing on me that easily" he started to sob

The montor was insync with your heart beats you were asleep on the bed Louis sat beside you tears in his eyes the nurse entered the room
"Sorry to bother you Mr Tomlinson" he looked up
"But we wanted to ask your blood type"
"Um I'm a o-" (just wanted to say I don't his blood type so in this he's a O- and your an a+)
"Ok so if you're a o- and she's an a+" she trailed off
"Would you mind donating blood" she asked
"Yes take it I'll do anything to save her" he said a little to fast
"Ok take a seat" Louis noded and sat down she draws out some blood she got out enough to give you than she lighty stabbed you and put the tube into your of course washing hands before doing so
"I'll leave you to alone" she said walking out Louis moved closer he placed his hand lightly on top of yours
"Please wake up y/n I need you"

"Louis are you alright" lottie (I hope that's how you spell her name) asked sitting next Louis
"No I'm not my angel she's-she's in pain and I feel horrible b-because I wasn't there to help her" he said looking up at you
"Look I know you really love her and care about her but the paparazzi didn't mean for that to happen"
"I know but we've told them not hurt our fans hurting them is one thing but hurting my girlfriend is crossing the line" Louis said he feels his hand getting tugged on
"Louis" you say in a low voice
"Y/n" he said
"Don't cry please" you say smiling weakly you sit up
"W-what happened" you asked
"You got wicked cut on the back of the head Love" he said
"Oh that explains the ache" you say smiling
"Well I'm glad you're awake" he said
"Oh I see she's awake well that's good but unfortunately she'll have to stay a night to make sure she's ok" she said
"O-ok but when can I visit her" he responds
"Well tomorrow morning at 8:00 am" she replied
"Ok thanks"

"I'm so excited to get out of this hospital" you say
"I'm excited your out" he said you got dressed back into the clothes you were wearing the day before and you start running
"God be careful" he said you almost trip he gets there before you hit the floor
"That's why I told you to be careful" you giggle
"Sorry baby"
"It's alright" he said standing you up
"I'm lucky I have my hero to save me" you say smiling he smiled back
