Chapter 2

As me and Sehun entered the building, many things were going on, new freshmens dropping their books and looking lost, people hugging and talking.

I walked further into the school, hoping to spot one of my best friends, I squealed lightly when I found Kaylee at her locker. I pushed through teenage bodies hoping to get enough time to talk to Kaylee.

When I almost got to her locker, I ran and threw my arms around her, she jumped a little but laugh when she realized who is was.

"Hey Sammie, I missed you so much!", She said while hugging me.

"I missed you a lot too", I said.

"Girl we have so much to catch up on", she said while closing her locker and smiled at me.

I was about to awnser when the bell ranged meaning we needed to head to class.

"Yes we do at lunch, but now we better head to class", I said and gave her a hug and turned to walk away. But she pulled my arm lightly making me turn around.

"Sammie please hold yourself until lunch, please don't think of anything and especially biting someone", she said with a worry expression.

"Thanks for worrying but I'll promise to wait until lunch", I gave her my best smile to keep my promise.

"Okay", she said and started walking to her class.

I walked the other direction, looking for my class. It took me 5 minutes to find the room, I looked around and saw a few people in the hallways meaning I was late on the first day.

"Great", I mumble.

I opened the door and as soon as I walked in, everyone turned their attention to me.

"Samantha Winters, could you explain why you are late to my class?" The teacher asked which I believe her name was Mrs.Matthews.

I remember seeing her last year, yelling at kids, you know your average old mean teacher.

"Umm... I was helping a freshmen find her class," I said, I didn't like lying but I didn't want to get in trouble on the first day either.

"Hmm stay after class!", She yelled.

I huffed and walked to the back I looked around and found Xiumin siting in the back. I walked over and sat next to him, he looked over at me and smiled really big.

"Hey Minseok", I grinned and hugged him.

"Hey Sammie, I'm so glad your in this class", he said.

"Yeah me too, I don't like her at all and I think I would go crazy if I didn't have anyone to talk too", I said while writing down the notes that were on the board.

"Same, I was hoping that you or one of the other guys were In this class", he said.

"I hope I have classes with them too", I said.

The rest of the morning was boring, I didn't have any classes with any of my friends except for Xiumin. My next period was lunch, so I walked by my locker and put my books away. I headed outside to the courtyard where me, Kaylee and the guys always eat our lunch. I looked around hoping to find them, I saw them sitting by a tree. I walked over to them and as soon as I sat down all the boys got on top of me.

"Guys I can't breathe", I said while laughing and smacking Chanyeol's arm.

They all got off but each gave me a hug afterwards. We all sat around in a circle, looking at each other.

"So how you been Sam?", Baekhyun asked.

"Great, worried about tonight, but I've been okay", I said.

"Wait it's tonight?" Lay asked.

I sighed "yeah its tonight".

"What should we do?", asked Kris.

"I think we all should sleep over at one of our house?", asked Chen.

"Yeah that's a good idea, but who's house?",D.O asked.

"You guys could stay at my house?" I asked.

"Really?", Luhan asked.

"Yeah my mom loves you guys she wouldn't mind and you know your always welcomed", I smiled. I then started to feel my stomach grumble and I felt my fangs coming out.

"Sammie", Kaylee said and pointed to her teeth. I put my hand over my mouth to cover them.

"What do I do?", I asked getting really worried.

"Here", Kris said handing me a small black bottle.

"What is it?", I asked.

"Blood", he whispered.

"Thanks Kris, I'll be back", I said and grabbed Kaylee's hand started heading to the door.

Once I got in the bathroom, I went inside a stall and opened the bottle. I drinked it all and wiped my mouth with a paper towel to clean any remainings. I closed the bottle and opened the stall, I threw away the bottle and turned to see a worried Kaylee. Thankfully their wasn't anyone else in the bathroom but us.

"Are they gone?", I asked and opened my mouth.

"Yeah, your okay right?", She asked.

"Don't worry I'm fine", I said and smiled.

"Okay, here", she said handing me a piece of gum.

"Thanks", I said and gave her a hug.

Once me and Kaylee got to the courtyard, I saw the boys talking, but stopped their conversations when me and Kaylee sat down.

"Are you alright Sam?", Tao asked me.

"Yeah I'm okay thanks", I said.

"Good I'm glad your okay, I don't know what I would do if something happened to you", Tao said giving me his best smile.

I blushed and looked away. But I saw Kris hitting Tao in the back of the head.

"Stop flirting!" Kris yelled at Tao, causing all of us to laugh.

We stopped laughing when we heard the bell ring, we looked at each other and laughed while running inside.
