I need help. (Kiribaku, poor depressed Bakugou, and more -w-)

Reminder of Weakness

Bakugou sits behind Hagakure. He doesn't pay attention to Mr. Aizawa and instead focuses on his thoughts. Thoughts about himself. Not nice thoughts. Although he shows off pride, he really thinks of himself as being weak. He sighs quietly. He hates sitting in class. He already knew everything Aizawa was teaching. He just wanted to fight.
    He spaced out for the rest of the class. A tapping came upon his shoulder. He turned his head and saw Kirishima standing beside him, smiling.
    "Hey, bakubro!" Kirishima said. Bakugou got up from his chair and put his hands in his pockets like he usually does.
    "Wanna go to lunch?" Kirishima asked. Bakugou thought for a second. He wanted to be alone. To think about stuff.
    "The rest of the squad are gonna talk about ships whatever that is," Kirishima said. Bakugou sighs at Kirishima's confusion.
    "Fine." He says. He wanted to make Kirishima happy. Even if that wasn't what was best for himself.
    "Great! Let's go!" Kirishima says. The two walk to lunch together. They find the rest of the bakusquad and sit with them.
    "I swear Hagakure and Ojiro have some serious chemistry- oh hey Kiri," Mina told the rest of the squad. Kirishima sat down, confused. Bakugou sat down as well.
    Bakugou didn't care about what the rest of his friends were saying. He looked down at his wrist. He saw a few of the cuts he had placed on his arm. He looked at them and sighed sadly. They were a reminder of his weakness.

Kirishima soon found out what the word 'ship' meant. He laughed at some of the ships that Mina and Denki had made. Sero laughed as well. Todoroki and Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida, and more. Although Sero didn't laugh at Uraraka and Iida ship for some reason.
    Kirishima noticed that Bakugou wasn't paying attention. He looked over at him. Bakugou was looking down at his wrist. He looked down and saw scars. Neatly in a row. He knew that those weren't an accident.
    He wanted to say something but didn't at the same time. He didn't want to put Bakugou on the spot but... why would he do that to himself? He's so amazing... why would he hurt himself? Kirishima looked around. What should he do?

Bakugou moved his sleeve back down and looked back up. As he did, he saw Kirishima looking at him. Shit. He saw. Bakugou looked the other way. Kirishima was looking at his friends and back to Bakugou.
    "You okay, Kiri?" Mina asks. She noticed his weird behavior.
    "Oh, it's nothing," Kirishima says, smiling. Bakugou was surprised that Kirishima didn't tell the rest of the squad about his arm. Mina, Denki, and Sero continued to ship their classmates together. Kirishima looked at Bakugou, concerned. Bakugou grabbed Kirishima's arm and stood the both of them up. The rest of the bakusquad looked at the two in confusion.
    Bakugou let go of Kirishima's arm and started walking to the bathrooms. Kirishima followed him.
