Chapter 8

KALEYS POV

i wake up and text nash.
(blue eyes💙- gnash k-kaley)
k-morning hansome☀
blue eyes💙- morning beautiful😘
k- thank you how was your night?
blue eyes💙- not so good i had a really bad nightmare😞
k-thats not good well be ready in ....hour and a half I'm taking you to breakfast.
blue eyes💙- okay

i don't reply and quick take a shower we start school in 2 hours but i want to make this morning sepcial.
After my shower i blow dry my hair and put on a gray crop top that says "don't go with the flow" with some normal skinny jeans. I put my hair in a messy bun and put on some black snadals. I look at the time and it says 7:20 i got ten minutes to spare.

i run down stairs and see cameron making breakfast. "Hi." I say taking an apple. "Your in a hurry." He says as I'm about to open the door. I open the door to see gnash standing there with a rose. "Hi" he says. "Hey." He hands the flower i smell it and giggle

NASHS POV

kaley smells the rose and giggles i love her laugh. "Come in." She says pulling my arm. I walk in and see cameron. He shots me the evil glare. I know what i did wrong and I'm regret it. He looks at kaley and smiles as she walks pass him. He goes back to cooking.

kaley. Grabs a vase from the chart and sets the rose in it. She sets it on the counter. "Cameron were going to starbucks." She yells at him before she closes the door. We walk out of her drive way. "So Starbucks huh?" I say trying to start a conversation. "I really actually prefer caribou coffee" (that an actual place😍). She says. "Really did you know they are building one down the block?" I ask her. "Really!" She lights up with exitment. "Wow i guess after they put it up were going there for the rest of the school year." I say sarastly. She giggles a little. I take her hand and we intertwine our fingures.

Once we get to Starbucks we walk in. We get in line. "What do you want?" She asks pulling out her wallet. "No i pay." I snach the wallet out of her hands. I hold it up so she cant reach it even if she jumps.

We get to the counter. I know she gives up. "Hi can i have a hot cholate?" Kaley asks the man behind the counter. "Ill have the same." I tell him. "Okay your total is 8.59" he says with a smile. "Okay" i take out my wallet and pay.

we get out drinks and we head toward school.

Once we get to the entrance she asks for her wallet back. "Not unless you give a kiss." I tell her. "Right now and here?" She asks me. "Yep" i say popping the p. " fine." She says looking around. Out of the corner i see john and his friends come. I lean a little so she can reach me. She kisses me sweetly then Pulls away. I smile at her. She blushes nit realizing the john and his friends saw everything. Yes i thought. But a part of me thought something bad was going to happen. I don't want to hurt her again.

"Can i have my wallet back?" She asks me. " yes you can." I pull out the wallet and hand it to her. We walk in school hand in hand. With our fingers interwind. This time we walk together to each others lockers to get our stuff. I drop her off at her class.

she gives me a hug before she walks in to sit next to hayes. Turns out Natalie is sick so shes not here.

HAYES POV

I look at the door to see nash and kaley hugging. Im still mad that he hurt her but i guess I'm over it. Nash leaves to go to his next class as kaley walks in. Shes got a smile on her face. Thats good. She comes over to me and sits. "Is Natalie sick?" I ask her. "Yeah she threw up last night." She says organizing her stuff. I grab my things. I look around. Most ofnthe class is here. Thats good.

The teacher walks in and dose attendance and that stuff. Mr. Allen starts with the notes and things. I glance at kaley and shes writing as much as she can really fast. Mr. Allen stop writing and hands out papers. Great a pop quiz. I glance at kaley again and shes looking at her notes and everything.

about ten minutes later shes done. She walks up and hands it to him. "Where were you yesterday? I left and came back and you were gone." He asks her. "I had a dentist apointment." She tells him. "Okay." He replys with a smile. She sits back down and pulls out her phone. The snoopy Orson i am i look at the screen and shes texting a person called blue eyes💙. I quick finish the quiz.

as i walk back i see her texting another person thisnoerson is called "the bae". Then my phone vibrates. I look at it and see that kaley texted me.

(kaley- kaley h-hayes)
kaley- did you cheat off of me??
h- no why
kaley- cause you finished ur quiz really fast.
h- you finished it faster.
kaley- yea i guess.
h- not to be snoopy but who "the bae" on your phone.
kaley- you who else?
h- okay sorry at first i thought you were cheating on nash.
after that she nudges me with her elbow.
h- okay sorry and ow that hurt.
kaley- you disurive it
h- yea i guess your right.

After that the bell rings. We get up and walk out. I see nash walk towards us. She looks up from her phone and notices. She smiles really big. She kinda jogs up to him. They hug for a while as i walk away.

KALEYS POV

Nash and i hug for about 30 secs. "So hows was class?" He asks me. "Really good nothing happened" i say kinda glad nothing did happen. Nash and i walk in to ILA. We sit down next to each other. i have Nash on one side of me and hayes on the other. We had a sub and someone said that Wednesdays are we can use our phone or a Free day or something. Some way she believed him. So we all went on your phones.

I started to play flappy bird but failed miserably. Then i got a text from someone unknown.
"we are watching you" it reads i get really nervase. I guess gnash could see. He takes my phone out of my hands. "Who is this" he whispers to me. "I literally have no idea." I tell him. He wraps his arms around me for a hug. "Ill protect you." He whispers in my ear. A tear runs down my cheek.

When class ends it time for lunch. We deside that we are just going to go to mc donalds. We toke hayes with us. I sat in front while gnash drove and hayes sat in back. We drive off to mcdonalds.

then i got that unknown message again only this time it said something different and i was gad when they called it was the police. They said it was my ex and that in a cake that someone brought was a cell phone. In side of it of-course. I told nash and hayes about what it was and they calmed down a little.

we order a 20 piece chicken nugget meal. Nash pays again. We walk to a table and sit down nash is on hayes side and I'm alone.

We talked and ate for not even five minutes when Natalie comes and surprises us. "Don't tell my mom but I'm playing Hooke." She whispers. We promise we tell her. "Hey guess what guys." I tell them after Natalie leaves. "What?" They say at the same time. "Cameron said i could come to magcon!" I tell them. "No way!" Nash says after we leave to go back to school.

When we get to the school hayes goes to class while Nash and i have free period. Everyone on camps is mostly outside. We walk around and talk. Some of Nashs other friends come over and we all talk. I think they might like me. Well like as a friend kinda way. I kinda scoot out of the group and go behind nash. I put my fingers up to my lips so they know that I'm going to prank nash. Some of them wink. Go on my tips toes and grab his snap back i turn around and run. I know how much he loves them.

I turn around and see Nash chasing after me. I keep on running. I give the hat to one of his friends and he runs with it. Nash run after him as we laugh our heads off. We see Nashs friend come back out of breath with out the hat. "What happened?" I ask him trying to hold in my laugh in.

After a couple of minutes Nash is still not here. "Wheres Nash?" I ask them then suddenly i feel arms wrap around me. I scream and turn round in the guys arms. I hear laughing. Then i realize it nash. "You little turd." I tell him as he lets go of me. "I know but you love me right?" He asks me. "Your lucky i do." I tell him. I turn around. Nash kisses my cheek. I smile a little.

We walk away from the group. Nash takes out his phone. He kisses me. As he takes a picture. he pulls away from the kiss. He looks at me and smiles. "Let me see." I tell him. He shows me the pic. "I like it." I tell him. "I do to." He says. I look at him and smile.
