chapter 17

pwe get out of the taxi and walked in the mall. "okay no one tweet were we are." i tell everyone. "sorry already did" hayes says. " you little..." i say before he cuts me off. "im kiding god." he says laughing. zamit hayes. we walk in and we imeadly walk to starbucks. i order my usal. once were done we walk to the fountian. "okay guys we split up guys with guys, girls with girls. we meet back here at 2 got go." Nash says. Natalie and i walk to clarie's and i get some necklaces, a few bows, and some makeup. Natalie gets earrings, necklaces, and some bows. we pay abd walk out. i checked the time 11:10. we have a few more hours.

we walk into areo. we went staright to the XXVI shrits. they had a couple. we bought them and left. i checked the time again. 11:48. we walk to Forever 21. i got 4crop tops ,6 camies, 2 shorts. Natalie just got some shoes.

i check the time. 1:40. we walked to the foutain.

"let get your number." i heard a dude say. i turned around and so did Natalie. We saw two guys checking us out. "We have boyfriends." We say in sinic. "Come on you know you want this." He says with an evil smerk. We turned away and walked faster to the fountain. Natalie took off her heels and we ran. I looked behind us and they were running after us. We ran faster. I saw Nash and Hayes ahead of us. We ran past them not noticing. The guys pushed them aside. I looked behind us. And they were still following with Hayes and Nash behind them. We get to the foutian. We stop to cache our breaths. My eyes are covered by hands. "Guess who.?" The voice asks me. It one of the guys. I struggled out of his grip. But it was useless. Another hand covered my mouth.

i licked it. "Ewwww." He says pulling his hands away from my face. I opened my eyes and saw Nash and Hayes walking by. "Nash!!!!" Was all i could get get out before his hand covered my mouth again. His other hand was around both of my wrists. All i could do was see. I saw Natalie running from the other guy. She ran about half way to Nash and Hayes. Before he caught her hand. She turned around and slapped him.

I was now getting pulled back. No I'm getting kidnapped. I looked up again. And saw Natalie poniting toward me. Then Nash and Hayes came carting after us. I guess they didn't care that we were in public. They ran over and Hayes punched. The guy. He tumbled back letting me go. I ran away and pulled Nash away with me. "I love you." I told him as i hugged him. "Anything for you." He said. Natalie and Hayes were hugging also. Nash picked me up bridal style. And walked to the taxi. Which Hayes called for eariler. We all pile in.

We Gk. Back to the hotel and walked in. We got in the elevator and rode it up to our rooms. I saw Cameron coming out of his room. I ran over to him. And hugged him. He hugged back. "What happened." He asked.

NASH POV

my hand was bleeding a little from punching that dude. "What happened Cameron said looking up at all of us. "We almost got kidnaped." Natalie blotted out. "WHAT!" cameron yelled at me. " i punched him i protected her i promise." I said worried. I put my hands up in surrender. "No you need to stay away for a while." He said pointing at me. My heart broke a little. Kaley just cryed harder. I understood her pain. But i did protect her. I swear. I just stood there. "Ill talk to him. Ill pass the messages between you guys." Natalie says patting my back.

she walked into our room and got Kaleys stuff and walked in Cameron's room. I walk into our room. I laid on my bed. As a tear feel from my eye. I love Kaley so much. I couldn't live with out her.

CAMERON POV

I didn't want Nash near Kale for a couple of days because he cant just leave Kaley alone. I would never leave her side. My parents never died on a mission. Her mom Jed because of lung cancer. And my dad became an achoalic. He's still out there somewhere. But i just don't know where. Thats why Kale always needs a guy i trust to be by her 24/7. Because i never know if he's coming back to get her. I never told Kaley because i don't need her to worry about this. I promised her mom that i would protect her.

FLASHBACK

"cameron." Rose says to me. "Yes?" I ask her. "Promise me you wont let Kaley get hurt no matter what. Shes been through enough lately. And promise me you will protect her and never tell what truly happened to me. Until shes ready." She says to me. I grab her hand and kiss it. "I promise." I tell her. She smiles weakly. And her eyes flutter closed. I start to cry because my dad is out somewhere drunk. I was honored to be the last person she saw.

I stood up and walked out to tell the doctor that she was dead. I walked out to my car to pick Kaley up from school.

END OF FLASHBACK

Kaley laid on the bed. She had tear stains down her cheeks. She just laid there on her phone. I had Johnson stay in the room with her because right now she cant be alone even when she wants to be. I left so i could go get lunch for her.

I got back and gave her her lunch. She smiled and sat up. She garbed her lunch and she ate in silence. I put on white chicks because i know that movie always makes her laugh. She giggled at some parts but no as much. She finally fell asleep. I covered her up and fell asleep my self.
