Traitor- Ranboo (one-shot)

Traitor

It had been a completely normal day, nothing interesting had happend. Until Tubbo had decided to go on a bit of an adventure, and he had ended up finding a random book just laying on the ground in the middle of nowhere, and had decided to read it out of curiosity.

As he flicked through the pages he started to freak out more and more. No. This couldnt be true. He trusted ranboo. He was a good freind. But was he? If everything in this book was true-

He started to run towards snowchester, he needed to find ranboo, before he did anything else. Once he got there he saw that only jack was around. Tubbo had no idea where else to look so he decided to ask if he knew where ranboo lived, which he probrably diddnt but it was worth a shot.

"Hey uh- Jack do you know where I could maybe find ranboo?"
"No I havent spoken to him in months, why are you asking?"
"I uh...found this book.I just need to know if it's true or not"
"What's in it?"
Tubbo passed the book over, "Just read it for yourself"
Tubbo watched as Jack read through every page, clearly just as shocked as He was.
Jack finished reading and handed the book back.
"Where did you find this tubbo?"
"In the middle of a field. But its ranboos handwriting, It was written by him."
"How did it get in the middle of a field?"
"I dont know, but I need to confront ranboo about this"
"Do you want me to come with you?"
"Sure.if you want to"
"Yeah I'm pretty bored anyways"

They both walked through the smp, looking for anyone that would help them to find ranboo, they showed people the book, eventually gaining a group of around five after an hour of walking.

They were now all stood in the community house, unsure of where to look next when they heard the community portal being used, at first they thought it was nothing until they saw the half enderman walking down the path. Tubbo was the one to walk up to him and confront him.
"Hi Tubbo!"
"Ranboo"
"What's going on? you look upset"
"I found your book ranboo. I read it"
"Th-The book. What book?"
"This book" he held the book in his hand
"How did you get that-"
"I found it."
"I need it back, please"
"No."

Ranboos pov

Everything's going fuzzy. I can tell that Tubbos saying something but I can barely hear him. I need my book. But Tubbo has my book. Tubbo knows my secret. No one will ever trust me ever again. I'm a traitor. I betrayed everyone. Everythings turning black. I think I'm passing out. This is too much. I just want to be at home. I just want to be safe, away from all conflict. But it just seems to always catch up eventually. No matter what I do, it always catches up eventually.

Everything Turns black.

I open my eyes. I'm in a small room, lit with only one torch. The door to the room is locked. I guess I did something while ender walking. I can only hope that it wasnt too bad. I sit down on the bed behind me and start staring at the door, hoping for someone to come in.

After only half an hour I heard the lock click open and Tubbo walked in, a small bag of baked potatoes in his hand.
"Hi Ranboo.I just thought you would be hungry so I brought you this."
"Thanks-"
Tubbo placed the bag on the floor infront of him before turning to leave.
"Tubbo-"
"Yes?"
"Did I do anything weird earlier?"
"Well, yeah. You fell to the floor and I thought youd fainted or something until you stood up really abruptly and started to run at Quackity for some reason, And then you just suddenly passed out for real. It was really fuckin' weird"
"Sorry- I diddnt mean to"
"Yeah, you should be sorry. You fucking betrayed everyone. traitor" he spat that last word with more anger in his voice than I had ever heard before. He made even more obvious how angry he was when he slammed the iron door behind him as he left.

The words repeated over and over in my head. Traitor.Traitor. Traitor. It was true, I betrayed everyone. But I diddnt mean to, I mustve wrote that in the book, right? I cant remember writing it, I think it was all written while I was ender walking. If said ender walking wasnt explained in that book though... Tubbo thought I was just a traitor, I willingly helped Dream. But that wasnt true, I would never help dream. Never.
