Dust drifted through the soft rays of sun that found their way through the window. it landed exactly in the wrong place and He turned away to avoid getting the light flashed in his tired eyes. He still wanted to sleep.

His purple hair cover his ears and face. Annoyed by the stands one hair on him, he pushed them out of the way trying to find some comfort in his old bed. Kokichi closed his eyes shut tightly.

Eventually he heard his phone going off, and opened it to see many texts from Miu. He sighed as he read them silently too himself. Though, most of them was just yelling at him to wake up so that they could hang out that day.

Kokichi dropped his shoulders and slowly slid out of bed, grabbing a towel as we went on his way to the bathroom so he could get cleaned up.

It would be his first day out of his apartment other than when he was at the hospital. It was a relief but he still didn't exactly like going outside no matter how cramped it may be in the apartment. Sure it's annoying but it's, comforting, despite not really having many memories. Well,, other than the vague memories of a boy with blue hair staying over a couple of times. But his mind had been much more flooded with those memories when he had first woken up at the hospital.

His thoughts were interrupted by obnoxious banging and ringing the doorbell. He left the food he was cooking for a moment and unlocked the door. The second he heard it click he was almost pushed back by the sheer force of the door swinging.

"Miu, don't you think that's a little, unneeded?" He heard one of his friends say, Kokichi stumbled to find his footing and then stood up straight, still a little confused by what had just happened.

"of course not Kiibo!" He heard Miu laugh, then almost stomped into the place. "A gorgeous girl genius like me needs to have a grand entrance where ever she may go!"

Kiibo sighed then walked into the place as well, Miu looked to the side to see Kokichi giving her a glare. She proudly laughed and poked at his, still messy, hair. "Look who still hasn't combed his hair!"

Kokichi shook her hand away from him and messed with his hair more. "leave me alone, bitch." He stared at her then turned around swiftly to go back to cooking.

Kokichi's face went back to a grimace as Miu threw her arm over his shoulder and ranted about way too many things. He heard Kiibo going through his kitchen.

"can you guys not?" He muttered and looked at the egg he was making.

"We're you're bestest friends, so we have full reign of your,, everything!" Miu put both her hands on her hips.

"Yeah, okay. At least I'm not a whore bitchlet who listens to whatever the alpha male tells you" Kokichi rolled his eyes.

Miu pursed her lips and went to go sit next to Kiibo. He was sipping a glass of water when she plopped onto the seat next to him. Her arms were crossed and she kept muttering about the "lying little abortion."

Kokichi finally finished and put the egg on a piece of toast, coming over to sit next to the two. He began to eat quickly so he could finish getting ready and then they could finally leave.

He left the table and was gone for a moment where Miu and Kiibo sat in silence for a moment.

"hey Keebs?" Miu's voice sounded, almost weak.

"yeah?" his voice grew in concern at the sudden change.

Kokichi stepped into the still humid bathroom. He looked himself in the mirror as he brushed through his damaged hair. He sighed out of frustration. Why couldn't he remember anything? Sure he could remember some things but-
