during your lunch you grabbed a coffee and headed towards Garcias office. you knocked on the door and she replied "come in lovie" you giggled a little and plopped into her 2nd chair and sighed slightly.
"everything okay" she looked over at you, and noticed you were playing with your fingers as you always did when you were anxious, or something was on your mind. you nodded to tell her everything was okay, you sipped your coffee, and then began to explain.
you continued on about how you felt so torn and trapped. you two almost kissed, but how were you supposed to tell her you were in love with her. you were so stuck about what to do because how could you tell her, knowing you two couldn't act on it. it broke the rules, and you knew that you both couldn't lose your jobs.
Garcia turned away as you talked, confusing you, but she pulled up the work policy on her laptop, and she read it aloud to you. "though relationships in the office are frowned upon, jobs will not be lost over it. 2 weeks suspension will be applied to any relationship that has not been approved by HR"
you let out a sigh of relief, and your voice perked up. "you're kidding?" Garcia shook her head, and smiled. "so I wont get fired?!" your voice sounded both surprised and relieved.
"no Y/N" Garcia said smiling. "now go!! go get your girl" she said in more of her giggly tone. you stood up and smiled, walking to the door, but turning before you closed the door. "thanks Garcia" you smiled big, and as you walk out you said "oh, and don't tell anyone Penelope" you pointed towards her sarcastically.
as you walked out into the office, you spotted Emily heading into the bathroom, and you quickly followed her in.
"hey em" you said, smiling as you pushed the door open
"hi Y/N.. stalking me I see" she giggled as she turned and look towards you. you rolled your eyes playfully and blushed slightly.
you didn't know how you were going to tell her, so instead you walked closer to her, put your hands to her cheeks and kissed her lips, passionately. she kissed you back hard, pinning you against the wall. you smirked in the kiss before pulling back slightly, and smiling at her. she smiled at you big, and pressed her lips into yours again.
after a minute, she pulled away again, this time fully moving from your body. emily walked to the door, and turned her head at you and smirked one last time before leaving the bathroom. after she left you stood there, blushing, your mind wandering.
you heard the door open, and slightly jumped up. it was jj, and she could tell that something was on your mind almost immediately. "everything okay?" you put on a smile, and nodded at her.
"you sure about that? I can tell somethings on your mind Y/N"
you smiled as the words came out of your mouth, "yea jj, thank you, but everything's okay" you paused for a second, and were thinking. "I'm just really happy, and confused"
she smiled at you. "okay, well I'm always here if you ever need anything" you gave her a reassuring smile and walked out of the bathroom.
as you opened the door and headed towards your desk, you looked over at Emily, who was already back to doing her work. you smiled, slightly blushing, and your focus shifted to the floor. you wanted to stare at her in her beauty, but you didn't want her, or anyone else to notice.
you grabbed yourself a coffee, and headed back to your desk. for hours you sat there, trying to focus, and actually do your work, but your mind kept wondering.
it went to all sorts of places. you went over all of the past few weeks events in your head. you replayed your kiss. and you just couldn't drop the overthinking about what this would mean. how would this impact the weeks to come?
