[You & Garcia are sitting together at the desks, conversing]
Emily enters, and for you it's like a movie scene. The whole room lights up, leaving your eyes fixated on Emily, she nearly made your jaw drop. She was wearing a pair of dark cargo pants, and a tight shirt, which really showed off her curves. Her dark black hair, flowing with the air. A heavenly yellow glow, surrounding her as if she is an angel. you couldn't stop yourself from staring.
Emily was gorgeous, if only there was a way you could tell her your thoughts. you didn't realize it, but you were nearly drooling over Emily's entrance, and couldn't keep your eyes off of her. you hadn't heard a single word that came from Garcia's mouth in the past few minutes.
"Y/N, Hellooo..." Garcia said while simultaneously snapping her fingers. "Anybody in there?"
you finally snapped out of it. "Huh? Sorry" you exclaimed hoping nobody noticed what you were actually looking at. "What were you saying?"
"Look at you lovebird" Garcia blurted out as she connected the dots.
"Oh stop it Garcia, you're being ridiculous." you continued as your cheeks flushed bright red. you glanced back to Emily to see her walking back towards you.
"Come Em" Garcia shouts to her from across the room. Garcia can't help but notice your eyes wandering up and down Emily's body.
Emily approaches the both of you and you can feel your cheeks blush red as you heart starts to beat faster. "hey em" you said softly, looking up at her as she walks up to you, standing somewhat behind you and puts her hand on your lower back.
"hey Y/N.. you okay?" she noticed you were red from blushing
"I'm perfect" you smiled as you spoke. you so badly wanted to tell Emily about your feelings for her, but you were too scared because what if she didn't feel the same way.. and either way, it was against the rules. you let out a soft sigh like you always did when you thought about her.
"okay.. good" em smiled and looked over at Garcia.. "so what were you two talking about before I came over" she looked intrigued as she looked you in your eyes. you looked into hers for a second before turning towards Garcia, knowing she is terrible at secrets, you gave her a serious look to make sure she wouldn't tell Emily about your feelings.
"oh me and Y/N? nothing much.. just planning the next girls night" she smiled as she said that, and looked back over and you, you gave her a reassuring look.
"oh great! im going to grab a coffee" she said as she yawned, and she lightly drug her hand up your back as she walked away. you had butterflies in your stomach, and bit your lip, staring at her as she walked away.
"oh someone definitely has a crush" she turned to you, giggling. you turned towards her and rolled your eyes.
"oh shut it Penelope, if anyone else finds out about this, im coming after you first" you said in a serious, but still joking tone.
"my lips are sealed" she giggled, "I'm going to get to work now" she smiled and walked to her office.
"have fun with that" you smiled and looked back down at your paperwork, but you couldn't focus because you cant stop thinking about Emily...
it was now the end of the day
it was nearly 9:30 by the time you left work. you ended up having to stay pretty late due to your inability to focus, and complete your work today.. lets be honest, you're a complete simp for Emily, whenever you're in the room you cant keep your eyes off her, and when she's not in your sight, you cant stop day dreaming about her. it was pretty obvious. you conveniently bumped into Emily on your way out of the building.
"hey there stranger, where are you heading?" she called to you.
"hey Emily" you bit your lip as you walked up to her. "I was about to head home" you smiled.
"wanna grab something to eat with me" she smiled "you've gotta be hungry, you've been at your desk all day." she said that in a soft voice which drove your stomach crazy with butterflies.
"Definitely, and you're right, I'm starving" you said this while blushing, and you hopped into the passenger seat of her car. you guys stopped at a nearby pizza place, and ate together. you had butterflies the whole time.
at the end of the night you wanted to kiss her, but you stopped yourself, and hugged her instead. as you were in the hug she put her mouth close to your ear and whispered, "this was fun, we should do this again soon, just us" she then pulled away. this sent chills down your body. you blushed as you bit your lip, and headed inside. you plopped down on your bed and sighed. you couldn't stop yourself from thinking about how you should have just gone for it, you should've kissed her.
