"So, this is a top-secret Black Womb facility?" asks Ecstacy. "Hmm... I'm not impressed."
"What'd you expect, kid?" asks Wolverine. "Bright, neon lights?"
"Well, we are in Nevada, right?"
"Smartass..." mutters Wolverine.
"She'll fit right in," says Moonstar with a slight grin.
"What's the best way inside?" asks Havok, Scanner's body laying limp in his arms.
"There is only one entrance that can be accessed from outside," replies Fantomex. "And that is the front."
"Sounds like fun," says Domino as she loads a clip into her gun. "We'll wait for Scanner to return from her recon of the place before we move in."
"Fantomex?" asks Dazzler.
"Yes, Miss Blaire?"
"Are you sure my daughter's in there?"
"No," replies Fantomex. "But the possibility of her being in this facility is quite high."
Havok looks down at Scanner as her body begins to twitch. Her eyes open up and he sets her down on her feet. Domino looks at her and approaches.
"What'd you find out?" she asks.
"Not much," replies Scanner. "It looks like there really is only one way inside. There are a few guards blocking the way, though."
Domino glances at Havok.
"Looks like it's a good idea you refused to stay behind," she says. "You're gonna take point, Summers. An all-out assault right on their front door. They won't be expecting a sudden attack like that. This looks like a pretty big place, though. We'll split up into four two-man teams. Havok sticks with Ecstacy, Wolverine goes with Dazzler, and Casper over here is with me."
"I think it would be more prudent for me to travel with Miss Blaire," says Fantomex. "After all, it is her daughter we are searching for."
"Sorry pal, but I just don't trust you," says Domino. "And that's why I'm keeping a close eye on you."
"Couldn't help but notice that you left me out," says Moonstar.
"Same here," adds Scanner.
"There's a reason for that," says Domino. "Scanner, you're intangible in your bio-electric form, so I want you and Moonstar to go in through another entrance."
"Umm... I don't think I can use my bio-electric form on anyone other than myself," says Scanner.
"Have you ever tried?" asks Domino.
"Well, no..."
"Good, get ready for a test run, then," says Domino.
"You sure about that?" asks Moonstar.
"Dani, have I ever let you down?" asks Domino with a grin. "On second thought, don't answer that."
"You sure the direct approach is the best way t'go?" asks Wolverine.
"Not really," replies Domino.
"I dunno about this..."
"Have a little faith in luck," she says. "Moonstar, Scanner, get going. Everyone else, let's move in."
Scanner and Moonstar seperate from the main group and run towards the back of the complex. Domino brings her guns to the ready, and leads the rest of the team towards the front. She looks at Havok and motions for him to move forward. He nods and steps out into the open.
