New Parent| Michael Afton

"Ill be honest, im very anxious to meet them, Will." I told my boyfriend as we drove to his house.

"They will love you." He smiles. "No need to worry, Ethan." "Im just worried about Michael." I bring up. "He is 14. He has a better judgement. Im worried about him and what he will say. I dont need his stamp of approval... but it would be nice." I explain further.

"Everything will be fine." He said to me. Which only made me panic more.

We got to his house and i was internally screaming as we got out.

"I just want the title of Seahorse Dad." I said to William. He laughed at what i said. I walked in behind William as he opened the door.

"Kids! I got someone i want you to meet!" He shouts. I then heard 3 pairs of footsteps run to the living room where we were.

I looked to see them enter. "Michael, Evan, Elizabeth, this is my boyfriend, Ethan." He introduced.

I made a small wave at them. Evan and Elizabeth both smiled widely before running to hug me. "Heh thank you, you two." I grin.

I looked up at Michael to see him frown and walk back to his room.

"Maybe i should talk to him." I suggested. "Mikey seems really mad, Ethan. I dunno." Evan says to me. "Well, its best to talk your problems out, see if you can come to an agreement. And if not, you either ignore them.... or beat their ass." I lessoned.

"Ethan, dont teach my children that!" William exclaimed. "Too late, already did." I smirk.

I then turned to the 2 little ones. "Can you show me Michaels room, please?" I ask them. They nod, grab my hands and drag me away.

After a bit they stopped. "Good luck, dad!" They said in unison as they skipped away.

I smiled warmly before knocking on the door in front of me. A small "come in" made me open the door. "Hey, Mike." I greet.

"What do you want?" He asked. "I just wanna talk. Thats all." I explain. "I dont." He snapped. "Alright. Welp, i will, you listen." I say, sitting down on his bed.

"I kinda know what youre thinking. That ill be replacing your mom." I start off. "Just to let you know, i never will. Cuz thats your mom."

He stayed quiet. "Hell, i dont even expect you to call me dad. I only want us to at least co-exsist peacefully." I stated further. "Its not that i think you will replace my mom, i barely knew her. I guess i was shocked that my dad found a guy. Never knew he was gay." Michael says.

I laughed. "Bisexual, actually." Mike nodded. "Dad said that you are different... i wonder why that is?" He told. 

"Well... you'd never guess this.... but since you are cuirous, im transgender. I was born female." I explained to him.

"Oh, thats cool. So you are a seahorse!" He laughed. "I mean... yeah." I chuckled. "Seahorse dad!"

He then hugged me.
