I was sat there stearing into space when I was snapped out of thought with a big bang I jumped up and saw that Derek had dropped something. "You ok y/n you seem a little jumpy" said Derek and I smiled.

"Yeah I'm just thinking if I should go see my mother or not you know I haven't seen her since I left and I didn't even say goodbye" I said and put my head in my hands.

"I think you should go see her you know she might of forgiven you or she would be just happy to see you" Derek said and I smiled.

"Thanks Derek your right" I said. I went up the stairs to my room to go get changed.

I walked into my room and found some clothes to wear then I texted Malia asking if she wanted to come with me. Over the past couple of weeks me and Malia have become really close. I also think ruby has a thing for Lydia.

I checked my phone be got a text back from malia saying she would love to come with me. I smiled then got my bag and went down stars waiting for Malia to come.

The door opened and Malia walked in the smiled an I walked over to her pulling her in for a hug taking in her sent I saw Derek smirked. I pulled away and blushed.

"Y/n are you ok You've gone red" asked Malia and Derek laughed.

"I'm good Malia just a little warm" I said.

"Ok well let's go" said Malia, I smiled and we walked out of the loft and today we decided to walk.

"Malia if you're not busy next weekend would you like to go on a date with me" I asked and she smiled.

"I would love to I will pick you up around 1 on Saturday" Malia said and I smiled

"Sounds good I can't wait" I said and we carried on walking until we reached the hospital. Once I was stood outside I got a sickly feeling.

"Your nervous I can smell it on you it's gross" she said and I smiled.

"Sorry Mal its just hard I haven't seen my mum since I was 15 she probably won't ever recognise me" I said and Malia put her arm around my shoulder.

"I'm sure you will be fine" Malia said and we both walked in. I saw my mum at the font desk and she smiled as she saw us I thought for a second she knew who I was.

"Hey Malia who's your friend" she asked and I sighed looking down.

"Hey miss McCall this is y/n your daughter she came back a few weeks ago she saved Scott's and Derek's life" Malia said and she smiled.

"Y/n is that really you" she asked and I nodded.

"Please leave y/n I don't want you here after all these years and now you decide to come back and you couldn't even tell me why you left you just did" she said and before I could say anything she pushed us out.

Once we got outside I collapsed to the floor crying first my father and now my mother. Malia sat next to me and rubbed my back. "Don't worry y/n I'm sure she will forgive you but for now let's get you back to Derek's there are to many hunters around at the moment" Malia said. We stood up and Malia pulled out her phone.

"Hey I'm Derek I need you here y/n is not in the right state of mind for walking back to yours things went a bit....... well you know we need you here o pick us up" said maila then ended the phone.

"Dereks on his way you don't have to worry we will get you back to Derek's and we can sort things out there" mails said and I nodded.

Why did mum have to be like this after all these years I thought she would want me back in her life. I though she would of forgiven me and let me explain by instead she just pushes me away. I sighed and hugged into Malia I'm glad I have her.
