The demigods have been sitting in their common room for the past hour. It's 10 in the morning and no one has seen Nico since he went into his room last night. It's Saturday so they don't have to worry about classes."I'm done waiting." Blake said and got up. "Blake, wait. He seemed really insistent that no one disturbs him." Lily said, grabbing his hand. "That's what worries me," he whispered.

He slowly slid his hand out of her grip and walked towards Nicos door. He could feel everyone's eyes on him as he knocked on the door. He waited but there was no answer. Blake reached for the handle and slowly twisted it.

The door swung open and light from the common room spilled into nicos dark room. "Nico?" He asked. No answer. He found the light switch and turned it on. There was no Nico. "Blake, is he there?" Lily called out. Blake walked back to his chair. "No, he's gone too," He answered.

"People are dropping like flies," Jason said after a minute of silence. "We should go to breakfast," Blake said after everyone silently agreed. Everyone nodded and walked out of the room.

No one has really questioned the used to be wizards yet about the demigod thing yet. Which is surprising considering how unintentionally nosy they can be. "Hey Her-Lily. What's wrong?" Harry asked, coming up to the group, Blake squeezed her hand for reassurance. Harry, Dean and Neville had been her only friends that supported her after they found out she had been keeping this from them.

Lily sighed. "We think Nico went to wherever Percy and Clarisse are." She answered. "You think?" he asked.

"Well, after Nico collapsed yesterday he woke up an hour later. When he did wake up he was commanding that no one bothers him for the rest of the night. Not even for dinner. So no one bothered him. Then a couple minutes ago Blake went into his room and he was gone." She finished. He nodded and walked away.

They walked down to the great hall for breakfast. As they sat down Neville and Dean slid in next to them. "Hey guys" Lily said as she pushed her food around on the plate. "Hey Lily, everyone else." A chorus of preoccupied hi's sounded.

"So when you guys explained who you are and stuff and then answered Harry's questions you never told us how you got all your scars." Dean said. Everyone flinched and stared down at their plates.

When No one else answered Blake did, "Each scar has a story, Dean. Some stories no one wants to tell" He said. They nodded. "Are there some stories you are willing to share?" Neville asked. Blake sighed.

"I have one on my back from when we were battling Kronos' army. I was fighting a couple dracanae and a hellhound clawed me." he answered. "What's a dracanae? And a hellhound?" Dean asked. "A Dracaenas top half is human, the bottom half is snake. A hellhound is a giant killer dog" Jason said, quietly.

They nodded. Neville leaned over and pointed at a scar on Frank's arm. "Can you tell me where you got that one?" He asked. Frank looked down at the scar.

"We have lost a lot of demigods in the battles we have fought. I was trying to save a little girl that was around eight. I saved her but she was killed later by an Empousai." He said. "She was eight?" Neville asked. Frank nodded. "That's terrible. Why do kids that young know how to fight?" Dean asked.

"It's the life of a demigod. As soon as you find out, you're trained to defend yourself. Percy was lucky and didn't know till he was twelve. Nico didn't know till he was seventy something. Most kids just aren't that lucky." Piper said.

"Wait Nico was seventy Something?" Neville asked. "Yeah he was put in this hotel that slows down time a bunch and then someone came and told him and his sister and they had to leave. Percy Annabeth and I got stuck in there for about three days." A voice said from behind them.

They turned and saw Grover standing there with his crutches. "Grover!" The demigods exclaimed. They all got up and hugged him then sat back down again. He looked at each of them then said, "So Nico ran off to?" Jason nodded, "yeah" "And we have no idea where they are?" "Affirmative" "Are you another demigod?" Neville asked once silence fell.

Grover looked at him and Dean. "Um no. I'm different from them but I still go to the camp" Grover answered. Neville gave him a questioning look and he sighed. He set his crutches down and kicked off his shoe. Then he held up his hoof. "I'm a satyr." Grover said. "So you're like half donkey?" Dean asked.

Grocer threw his hands up in the air in frustration as the rest of them snickered. "No! Why does everyone always think I'm half donkey?" He yelled. "What are you then?" Neville asked. "I'm a satyr which is half goat and half human." He answered. They nodded.

"What are we doing today?" Blake asked, turning to the other demigods. "We should be figuring out who the winged warrior is." Piper answered. "Winged warrior?" Dean asked. "Yeah there was a prophecy which is why we're here" Frank answered. "What was the prophecy?" Harry asked, sliding in next to Neville.

"The sea will find old friends in a new land" Piper started.

"The sea is Percy and old friends are Lily, Blake and I," Claire explained.

"And make new ones under demand" Piper continued.

"Which we are guessing is you, Harry, and Ron but it could be anyone." Claire explained again.

"One evil lord need the lightnings child"

"Tartarus needs Thalia"

"To bring back a lord whos vile"

"We aren't sure but think it might be Voldemort."

"One lover shall fall to save his other"

"We think someone is probably going to die protecting someone they love but we hope we're wrong"

"The winged warrior shall win this war"

"We don't know who that is and were trying to figure it out"

"Or the gods will fall to the evil lord"

"Obviously if the winged warrior doesn't win the war then the gods will fall to Tartarus"

They finished explaining. "You're talking about prophecies as if it's an everyday thing." Harry said.

"Oh it is but usually it's small quests to find Aphrodite's favorite lipstick or to find Apollo's sunglasses. Then again Great prophecies are a yearly thing sooo this isn't really unusual it's just another prophecy and war centered around Percy and his friends." Jason explained. "Wow," Harry said.

~*~*~*~

Percy Clarisse and Nico were running through the woods.

It had been a week since Nico joined them and they felt as if they had the speed and durability of the hunters of artemis.

As they ran they began to hear a roaring, but not like the minotaur roar but the roaring of a waterfall. Percy and Clarisse ran forwards with new energy when they heard the waterfall. Percy began to speed up as the trees began to thin as the noise grew louder.

They ran into a clearing which was breathtaking. The clearing was huge. The waterfall was probably 30 meters in front of them. It fell down into a small pool of water which then had its own smaller waterfall which fell into a larger pool. The water was so clear you could see all the way down to the bottom which Percy could tell went down about 20 feet.

If you looked into the larger pool you could see brightly colored fish swimming around. There were bright flowers and plants everywhere.

There were also many animals. There were squirrels chasing each other up and down trees. Deer drinking from the pools. Birds flying through the sky and landing on trees. The clearing was alive with color and sound. "Wow" Percy breathed.

"I need water but I don't want to spook any of the animals." Nico said. "Just walk slowly up to the pool but you'll probably spook them anyways" Clarisse said. Nico scowled but nodded and slowly began to creep forward. He made it to the pool and none of the animals ran off. Slowly Percy followed. Percy stepped on a branch and the deer ran. "Wow, kelphead, good job," Nico said. "Whatever they were going to run at some point" Percy defended

What none of them realized though was that the forest had gone silent.
