Snowball dips his head into my burrow and says "Redfur, go and smell around the border report any news to me." "Yes, Snowball." I say as I walk out of my burrow. I inhale a deep breath of air Fox I smell my way to a burrow I peek inside and a pure white fox jumps out her blue eyes sink into mine and its quiet for a moment then she says "Who are you? Why is your fur red?" She asks dazed by her blue eyes I sit there for a moment "Huh... I mean I'm Redfur." I say "I could've told you that." She says with a smirk "No, that's my name. my fur is red because my father's fur was red, but My mother's fur was white thats how I handle these temperatures. Listen I'm going to have to take you to my pack, because your on our territory don't worry just explain to them you didn't know and just wanted to make your burrow in peace and they'll let you go." I say trying to make sure she doesn't freak out "Okay." We walk back to camp in silence, we finally get there and Snowball comes up to us. "Redfur, who on EARTH is this?" He asks rudely "Um...This is..."-"Emerald" she interrupts "Well Emerald why are you on our territory?" Snowball questions "I just wanted to make a burrow." Emerald says kindly "Well now you have two choices Join our pack or Leave forever, never to return." Snowball says staring deep into her eyes "Well?"  "I'll stay." Emerald finally says. "PACK MEETING" Snowball yowls out and every Fox, every fox but me come and welcome Emerald to the pack, of course I was told to go to my burrow I was told if I was welcoming it would ruin the tradition. What tradition? There is no rule saying a Fox with red fur can't welcome new foxes to the pack. Of course like everything else I'm excluded, I'm the one who found her she wouldn't be here if it weren't for me! But nobody thinks of that all they care about is the color of your fur.
