chapter 15: The wedding

Nandito kami sa park, medyo madilim nadin. Naka holding hands kami ni Brant.
“ kalian ka pa bumalik?” tanong ko sa kanya
“kahapon” sagot nya sakin
“ano? Kahapon lang? nakaka inis ka, hindi ka man lang nag sabi”
“ eh syempre, plinano ko pa kasi lahat, para pag nang yari yun, perfect diba ang galing ko”
“ikaw hah, paano kung natotoo yung pag bagsak mo kanina? Pano kung nabalian ka?”
“hindi mangyayari yun noh, sino nalang mapapangasawa mo kung nangyari yun”
“ teka, paano mo pala nagawa yun lahat?”
“ secret. Ang galing ko noh”
“ eh bakit sa loob nang six years hindi ka nagparamdam?”
“eh, nag pa miss ako eh,para kong Makita mo ako, eh sobra mu na akong na miss”
“eh paano kung nakahanap na ako nang kapalit mo? dahil hindi ka nagparamdam”
Sumimangot yung mukha nya at nag lapit yung mga kilay nya
“ ito naman, di na ma biro, sasagotin ba kita kung meron akong iba? Eh bakit naman ako
hahanap nang iba eh, nandyan naman yung taong mahal ko kahit nasa malayo ka. “ sabi ko sa
kanya
Bigla syang ngumiti at hinalikan na naman ako

~*( Brant Reyes P.O.V )*~
Kasal na naming ngayon ni Vera, ang pinaka mamahal ko, nandito na ako sa gilid nag hihintay sa
kanya..
Nag simula na syang lumakad papalapit na sya sakin, napaka ganda ni Vera, suot suot yung white
gown nya.heto nayung araw na kina hihintay ko. Kasama nya ang papa at mama nya
Pagdating nila ay agad naman akong niyakap nang papa nya tapos yung mama nya.
Binigay na nang mama nya yung kamay ni Vera sakin,
Hawak hawak ko yung kamay ni Vera, habang papunta kami sa harapan nang pari
"Will you, Brant Reyes, have Vera Sison to be your wife? Will you love her, comfort and keep her, and forsaking all other remain true to her as long as you both shall live?" tanong nang pari sakin
Tumingin si Vera sakin at ngumiti
“Yes, father..I, Brant Reyes, take you, Vera Sison, to be my wedded wife. With deepest joy I receive you into my life that together we may be one. As is Christ to His body, the church, so I will be to you a loving and faithful husband. Always will I perform my headship over you even as Christ does over me, knowing that His Lordship is one of the holiest desires for my life. I promise you my deepest love, my fullest devotion, my tenderest care. I promise I will live first unto God rather than others or even you. I promise that I will lead our lives into a life of faith and hope in Christ Jesus. Ever honoring God's guidance by His spirit through the Word, And so throughout life, no matter what may lie ahead of us, I pledge to you my life as a loving and faithful husband.”
“Will you, Vera Sison, have Brant Reyes to be your husband? Will you love him, comfort and keep him, and forsaking all other remain true to him as long as you both shall live?” tanong naman nang pari kay Vera
“ Yes father..I, Vera Sison, take you, Brant Reyes, to be my wedded husband. With deepest joy I come into my new life with you. As you have pledged to me your life and love, so I too happily give you my life, and in confidence submit myself to your headship as to the Lord. As is the church in her relationship to Christ, so I will be to you. , I will live first unto our God and then unto you, loving you, obeying you, caring for you and ever seeking to please you. God has prepared me for you and so I will ever strengthen, help, comfort, and encourage you. Therefore, throughout life, no matter what may be ahead of us, I pledge to you my life as an obedient and faithful wife.”
Hawak hawak na naming yung sing sing

Sinuot o sa kanya
“Brant, wear this ring I thee wed, and all my worldly goods I thee endow. In sickness and in health, in poverty or in wealth, 'til death do us part.”
At sinuot naman nya sakin
“you may now kiss your Bride” sabi nung pari
Hinalikan ko si Vera at pag katapos nun ay niyakap ko sya nang mahigpit na mahigpit, ngayun wala
nang makaka agaw kay Vera sakin <3
