Midoriya's point of view:

I could see the villains on top of the apartment building, not so clearly though. The police told me, and Todoroki, Bakugou, Uraraka, and Denki, that Dabi, and and a other person that wasn't identified yet, ran to the top of the building. Shortly after Toga and Twice came for back up I guess. The police hadn't really came up with a plan, neither have so really. But that doesn't mean I'll let them get away! Some worker called 911 about some person taking a girl as a hostage, the police and me are thinking the unidentified girl is the hostage. Which means I have to rescue her. Not sure how I'm planning to do it tho, nor if the officers will even let us help. But I have to try. As far as I know the worker from the store has gone to the hospital and is currently still alive. "Hey, Deku." I turned to see Uraraka talking to me, I felt blush come over my face. "I was thinking I could use my quirk to levitate up there to the league of villains, if you want." She said. Deku tilled his head a little. He wasn't sure if that was a good idea. "Well..." Deku began. "What if the league of villains attack you? You have no one up there to help you. Plus there are three of them and one of you." Deku could see the sadness in Uraraka's eyes. "But we have to save that girl up there!" Uraraka had shouted. He knew she was right, but there had to try a different approach. Deku put a hand to his chin, and started to think how were they going to sav- "HEY, GET BACK HERE!" The police officer came rushing down to Denki, that was past the line that they were supposed to stay in. "But wanted to get a closer look!" Said Denki. Deku saw two other officers look at each other with dazed looks. "Why are there kids here?" One of them asked. "I'm pretty sure they're like pro heroes or something." The other replied. Deku stared at the ground with small frown, and thought silently, Is this really what people think of us? We're just random kids with big flashy quirks that made us almost pro heroes? He didn't like it one bit. Now he know he's got to save the girl on the roof, even if it was the last thing he did! Then he felt something on his shoulder, Deku glanced at Todoroki, who's hand was on his shoulder. Todoroki nodded to him as if that was a sign of some sort. "I've got a plan, Deku." Deku listed closely to his words. He smiled at Todoroki's idea, because he liked it as much as he did. "But don't tell the police." He said as he ended their plan. "They might not like what we're doing. Todoroki took his hand off of his shoulder and left. Soon, they would have to put their plain into action. Deku's eyes shined, he got a plan! But of course with Todoroki's help. "Damn it, they're up to something up there." Bakugou said in his raspy, loud voice. Deku glanced up at the top of the building to see Dabi's bright blue fire quirk going off. "Kachan, come here." He whispered to the spiked haired blonde. Bakugou looked at him with an angry expression on his face. "What do you want loser!?" He yelled. Deku sighed. Why was Bakugou so hard to work with? "Shh! Quiet, me and Todoroki have a plan to help the (H/C) girl!" He said in a rash whisper. Bakugou still seemed plenty angry. "Why should I listen to you, nerd?" Bakugou asked angrily. He tryed, and failed to think of something to say back to him. Deku was just going to have to leave without him, his best friend and enemy. He already saw Todoroki ruining to the back of the apartment building, and he started off after him. He could hear the voices of the police calling after him, but he couldn't possibly go back now, he needed to fight and win this. Uraraka and Denki's footsteps were heard behind him. Deku figured that the villain's had all ready spotted them, so they had to be extremely close. "Where's Bakugou?" Denki asked, out of breath from ruining so fast, so hard. Everyone looked Deku's way. "He was right next to you, wasn't he, Deku?" Todoroki was breathing really hard. He now had nothing to say. Yes, Bakugou was right next to him, no he didn't want to explain it to the other's. "I, uh... He was... Uhhh..." Deku explained very nicely. "What, he wasn't being cooperative?" Uraraka asked. Deku just nodded, to embarrass to speak. Maybe he should've tryed harder to get him to come along, but they could not waste time on thinking of that now, they must compete their mission and rescue the girl. "So everyone knows the plan?" Todoroki questions. "Yes." Everyone replied. Denki looked most excited out of all of them. "Great, now we've got to act fast because-" He was interrupted by a girly and creepy voice saying: "Well look at that, it's cute little Deku and his friends!" The voice came from above them, so they looked up at the blonde with a ridiculous huge smile. It was of course Toga with the ridiculous huge smile. Toga was laughing as she peered down at them. "Hey, you monster, give the girl back right now!" Uraraka yelled at Toga. Toga looked confused, other then that she was confused. "And why would I do that?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. Todoroki's fire quirk started off at that, for a warning sigh mostly. "If you don't give the kidnapped girl back right now, I'm going to have to fight you for her." Todoroki said seriously. Her eyes lit up at the word "kidnapped". Soon her shocked face turned into a evil smile. "Kidnapped you say? Well since it is a crime I'll give her back." Toga said with her evil smile. She is really going to give up that easily? Deku thought. "But I'll need Deku in return." As she spoke she came down to the same ground as them. As if the squad was actually going to give Deku away for a girl they've never met before, but if they managed to trick her into thinking that, they might be able to surprise attack on Toga and the other villains. Deku was about to speak, but Uraraka spoke before him. "No." She was saying. "Deku is not going anywhere with you!" She screamed. Toga gave a disproving look at Uraraka. But look before, her face began to lit up into her little evil smile. "Fine, you still can have (Y/N)."
