(Shoto's POV)
it's the night of the ball. i've kind of been looking forward to this. well, only because i get to meet him again. that is, of course, if he decides to come. i sigh, looking up at my bedroom ceiling. 'will he even be there?' the feeling of nervousness hits harder than Bakugou punching Deku. it makes my stomach lurch. i don't want to marry any of these people.
"Todoroki-Kun! it's time to get ready for your party!"
"no."
"wh-what...?"
"i said, i don't want to go..."
"and why is that?" one of my maids ask. (A/N: no, not momo.)
"i don't want to marry any of these people. i want to be a normal person living a normal live. not all this royal crap."
"aawhh, is prince Todoroki nervous? don't worry, i'm sure whoever you end up with, you'll both be very lucky."
"sure...if you say so.." i said, barely whispering.(Izuku's POV)
"a ball?! we should totally go! i bet it'll be really fun!"
"a ball? do you really think its a good idea bringing Midoriya there? plus, we still haven't found a way to get him back to his world! so many people might be so worried about him! hell, they might even be flooding there eye sockets out right now! "
"oh come on Iida! i'm sure it'll be fiine. we'll just worry about it later! and if he's gonna stay in this world for awhile, then at least let him have fun!"
"what kind of ball?"
its a ball to decide on who's gonna marry the prince! there will be so much fancy things and food there!" Uraraka screeches.
"sure, sounds fun. lets go!"˚~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~˚
i was in 'my' room, with Uraraka helping me on decide on what to wear to the ball. i saw a suit that caught my eye and nudged Uraraka. "hey! what about this one?" "hm? *insert overly dramatic gasp* thats perfect Deku! i'm sure all the women would fall for you if you wear that!" "aha, but isn't this supposed to be for the prince?" "oh yeah, lol."
