Kyilee

I got dressed and GPS'ed the address Colson gave me. Apparently, he was like 30 minutes away from me. I never knew that I was this close to a famous person. I hadn't exactly cruised around my neighborhood just to find a celebrity.

It was funny how we went from a Starbucks date, to a beach/ movie date, to an almost date at his house. At the rate we were going, I wouldn't be exactly surprised if we got married in a couple of months like that movie Jumping the Broom.

When I pulled up into his driveway, I literally could not speak. His house was the biggest house I have seen over here and it was made of glass. As soon as you looked at a window, it looked like you were seeing a rainbow because how the sun reflected off of it. I got out of my car and slowly walked up his long driveway. The walk I was about to take would be really long.

30 minutes after my walk, I rung his doorbell. I heard footsteps and Slim answered the door. Colson was laying on the floor on his stomach and looked like he wanted to trip Slim. Or maybe that was just my imagination.

"Hey, Slim." I said giving him a one handed hug.

"Hey, Kyilee. You smell and look good today. Come on in." He said as he opened the door further so I could slide in.

"Thank you," I said smiling at him. "Why are you on the floor, Colson?" I asked him.

He looked around for a moment as if he was searching for an answer. "I was doing push-ups for you." He said getting up and planting a kiss on my cheek.

I nodded my head suspiciously. "So I'm gonna go hang with Casie for a moment. Where is she?" I asked looking around his overly massive pad.

"Around the corner. She's waiting for you. She has her makeup prepared so good luck." He answered pointing around the corner.

I went into her room and she jumped on me. Someone really missed me huh? I couldn't decipher what products she was about to use on me, but soon enough I was going to find out. We sat on her floor and she pulled my hair back into a ponytail.

"Your hair is really long, Ky." She told me. It was still straightened from last night so I guess she was right. I loved the nickname she gave me though. I haven't heard that  name ever since I was living in New Orleans with my mom and dad.

While Casie was caking my face with make-up, Colson was texting me the whole time, although we were in the same house and even though he was right down the hall. He just told me a lot of random things like rainbows have a special light, and that the earth is round for a purpose. He was one of those people to have a random sense of humor and make someone's day. I found that was a great quality in men that I dated or was about to date.

About ten minutes into Casie doing my makeup, Colson strolled into her room with a Purge mask on his face and a Purge mask in his left hand. I had no idea what he was thinking of doing with me. But knowing him, it had to be something ludicrous.

"Wanna do some graffiti with me? I have a surprise for you." He asked lifting up his mask slightly so I could see his lips.

I tried to find the best excuse in my mind that I could muster up. "See, the problem with that is-"

"I'm done!" Casie suddenly shouted. Just when I thought the timing couldn't get any worse. I gave him a shy smile and slowly stood up pretending to wipe myself off. He gave me an impatient look and tapped his foot on the ground waiting for me.
