~~A/N~~ This isn't entirely edited, I wanted to post this because I haven't added a new part for a while and I'm trying to be consistant, so bare with me while there may be a few errors. If you see any, I really appreciate if you let me know. AND WITH THAT, here's the next part :)

Charles returned to the couch and plopped down, handing me the food I asked for. “Talk later.” Harvey kicked the recliner back and put his feet up. “Are you serious? What kind of call was that!” He pointed at the screen like the referees could hear him.

I laughed and took a long chug of my beer. “How about when the family leaves, we all play Battlefield?” James said, jumping on the couch.

“Where’s Tayler?” I looked around looking for the unnoticeable being. Tayler was smaller than I was, often a victim of Charles’ offensive jokes.

Harvey looked up from his phone, “pretty sure he crashed upstairs.”

We all let out an obnoxious laugh; Tayler was notorious for disappearing at parties, he was the most socially awkward of the group. I kept staring at Harvey, waiting for him to reveal his secret. But it didn’t seem as if it was going to be revealed anytime soon. “Did you guys hear about the new Lost Hell game that’s being released?”

Harvey shook his head but Charles hummed a soft yes. “Aren’t they already on like, five?” James said playing with the buttons on his shirt. “Aside from the numbers though, how are they going to bring the fact the Anna, the most powerful warrior is pregnant. Like four just fucked the whole series up!” It was the little things that really got James angry.

“Calm down their, bub. I’m sure it’ll be fine.” I grinned and rubbed my hand on his shoulder.

In the kitchen, Harvey’s family were shuffling around saying goodbyes that dragged on for an hour or so. Harvey unwilling got up and thanked everyone for coming. “I am so exhausted,” Charles said, laying his head on my lap.

I cleared my throat, “excuse me, Char, kinda sitting here.”

He smirked and stuck his tongue out at me, “well well Croft, after all these years of being friends, you have a problem with me now?”

“It’s not you that I have a problem with, it’s my personal space.” I chuckled and messed up his floppy brown hair.

It was almost four in the morning when I woke up exactly how I was, with Charles laying on my lap and James half on the floor. Harvey was awake, watching ESPN highlights with the volume off. “Good morning sleeping beauty,” he grinned at me.

“Did you get any sleep last night?” I tried to whisper so the boys could get some sleep.

I readjusted myself and stretched out, careful of the sleeping beast. “Well, after everyone left, I came back and you all were asleep. So I hung out with Lynnette for a while and she had to leave, so I drove her home and just got back about an hour ago.” He got up out of the recliner and motioned for me to follow.

I moved Charles’ head and gently rested him on a pillow and tiptoed out of the living room. “So what were you going to tell me?” He grabbed his jacket opened the door to the garage. “Come along.”

The sun was just starting to rise as we were still driving on the highway to an unknown location. “This one time when I was on LoL with Charles he told me something about you that I would have never guessed, Lar.”

I raised my eyebrows, “oh and what would that be?”

Harvey’s lips curved into a grin, “he told me that he was your first kiss.”
