You were currently waiting on the library. Bokuto was supposed to be having his exam during lunch break so you decided to wait until he texted so you could have lunch together.
You were so absorbed in the lecture that you didn't noticed someone sitting next to you until they patted your shoulder.
"Earth to (Y/n)" a male voice said which snapped you out of your book.
"Oh, hello Konoha San" you said closing your book.
"Did I interrupted you?" the boy asked.
You shooked your head. You were actually surprised by the fact that he approached you, since you had only talked to him once.
"Are you here to grab a book?" you asked.
"Not really, I came to return a book and saw you here so I decided to say hello." he smiled at you and you just nodded. "What are you reading?"
"I'm just checking something about my literature class" you sighed.
"It's a pity I can't help you, I'm not really good at school." he laughed.
"Eh really? I thought you were smart." you blurted.
"Well, I'm not stupid, I'm just in the middle you know?" he laughed again
"Makes sense" you giggled.
"So I heard you were helping Bokuto study?" he asked and you nodded again. "I bet it's difficult to make him concentrate in something other than volley." he said.
"Well not really, he's actually really dedicated and when he's studying he puts his all." you said playing with your fingers.
"Who would have guess that Bokuto would study because of love." he said and you blushed. "Oh you didn't know? Bokuto is always talking about you during practices , he even stopped having lunch with the team because he said it was the only time where he could have small dates with you." he said making you blush even more.
You knew that Bokuto liked to show off but you never though he would show you off. Actually you were really happy about the fact that he was serious about you so you wanted to be serious about him too. For the past weeks he's been nice and everything, and you were ready to give him a chance.
"Sorry to pop you out of your bubble again but your phone has been buzzing this whole time." Konoha said and you immediately checked it.
