Over the next few years(or four years) katsuki and izuku became close but still fought in a friendly way. Izuku doesn't act like how he is in the anime he's like his real mom a tsundere.

Inko's POV
"It's been years since he left, Mitsuki."
Inko said. It has been years w-wait w-what are you doing......ugh!!! Hi guys I'm back I just wanted to say I am going to be here and....SORRY DAD!!!!! And yes in this AU izu's real mom is related to the narrator and the man down there if you know what I mean I'm still Christian so ya bye. Here dad. Thank you my golden phoenix. Anyways Ivan left to try and find the rest of his family." I'm sure his fine inko, and plus he is the second strongest in his family, he can defend himself." "Ya, your right he can handle himself." Inko said but she was still worried about him. He already lost his parents and his older sister. He was already in enough pain. But now he's trying to find his younger siblings who were pronounced missing. That's a lot of pressure.
Narrator's POV
Just like in the anime they grew up together. Obviously deku's dad comes back from work and have fun with the pretend family but izuku doesn't need to know about that. Years later. Sorry the author was to lazy to change the font.
