How Could You

The figure in the door stepped into the light to reveille none other than...... This is a random Author's Note hehe XD

Ivory's mom turned around and looked at the figure.

"Who the hell are you?" She spat.

The figure walked into the light, "How could you not recognize me?" Her father cupped her mother a face.

"I don't know who you are! Get out of my house!" She yelled pushing past her father and out the door.

Her father came over to Ivory, "You ok, Iv?" He asked tears in his eyes.

She did nothing, but being him into a big hug and cried into his chest.

What seemed like hours passed by. She finally stopped crying and her father kissed the top of her head. "It's good you let it out," He smiled a little, "so, why did your mother smack you, Iv?" "I don't really know, she is drunk and, she is mean to me when she is. She blames me for you going over seas to work, because I cost so much to take care of, with my medicine and food and stuff." She sniffed, she felt like a burden, to every one.

"Iv, you have never been the reason for me going over seas, it was my fault for excepting the job, and now I see what it has done to my family." He looked her in the eyes. "So what has become of my beautiful family?" He asked in a sad voice.

Ivory explain that her and Damian never talked anymore and they always fought and he was always in his room, how her mother got drunk every night after work, and how she was the only one getting out of the house and being social, she also told him about her band and her friends.

"Iv, I can't believe this all happened because I took a job over in China, it's all my fault, I'm sorry, but just remember, you will always me my little girl no matter how old you get." He hugged her tight, then left to go take care of her mother.

The next morning, Ivory woke with the sun in her eyes. She slowly got out of bed and went to the bathroom.

When she looked in the mirror, she had a huge bruise where her mother had slapped her the night before.

She went back to he room grabbed a pair of black skinnies, a white BVB shirt and went back to the bathroom.

He let the water heat up as she tried to figure out a way to cover up the bruise so, no one would ask what happened.

She sighed and got in the shower and let the water run down her back.

She stayed in the shower in till the water ran cold. She got out and blow dried her hair. She got dressed, then straightened her hair the teased it in the back. She put a BOTDF headband on. She looked at her face again.

She sighed, "We'll I guess I am gonna look like a cake." She laughed a little and coated her face with makeup.

When she couldn't see the bruise anymore she stopped. "Cake face." She glared at her reflection.

She the proceeded to put her eyeliner as mascara on. Then completed the look with some lip gloss.

She smiled a little at her reflection, "We'll I'm semi normal."

With that she walked out the door and down the street to her where she practiced with the band.

"Omygod!! What happened!?" Asher yelled running up to her. "What do you mean?" She smiled. "Uh, Iv, you have cake face, what happened?" Asher could see right thru her. "Fine!! My mom came home last night and slapped me leaving a bruise so, I kinda have cake face to hide the bruise." "Well you didn't do a very good job of it." He laughed a little. "Yea very nice." She stuck her tongue out at him. The rest if the band walked out, except Danielle.

"Did Danielle, leave the band already?" Ivory looked at Cane. "Uhm, Iv, she moved." He said hugging her. "She didn't even say goodbye!" She was really mad and sad. "We need a new member or we can't do our songs. They are all duets." "I already got that covered." She smiled.

Just then Cane, Robbie, Layla, and Andy all came around Ivory and gave her a big hug with her in the middle.

"So who is this new band member?" Andy asked as they broke out if the hug. "We'll it's the new kid, he gave me a ride yesterday and we sang a few songs, he does good with me."

Everyone smiled and hugged her again. "So when is he coming down?" Robbie asked. "I don't really know."

As she said that Zach pulled up in his car. She laughed. "Speak of the devil."

He got out of the car and walked over to them. He smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist.

Andy looked down and grabbed his bass and stood in his place. "Come on let's practice." Ivory handed Zach a sheet if music as they went to there spots.

They practiced the songs "The Broken Glass", "Life or Death", "Bloody Skull", and "Running from Death Himself".

At the end of practice they all went inside for some drinks.

"Well that was a good practice." Cane smiled. "Yea it was." Layla, Robbie, and Zach agreed. Ivory looked at Andy, then walked over and sat beside him.

"You ok?" She layed her was on his shoulder. "It's just, something doesn't feel right with Zach. I mean yea he is a good singer but, he has a bad vibe coming off him." "What do you mean?" Ivory asked. "I don't know it just doesn't feel right for some reason." He looked at her, then grabbed her hand. She squeezed his hand and kissed his cheek than got up and walked over to Zach.

She rubbed her hand on his arm and saw that the "birthmark" smudged were she rubbed. She didn't say anything. "Well guys, I gotta go home!" She smiled and ran out the door and ran home before anyone could give her a ride.

When she got home she heard nothing, which worried her. She went into the kitchen and saw her "mother" on the floor. She ran to her side.

"Mon! Mom! Wake up!" She tried shaking her awake but it didn't work.

She looked in the doorway and saw someone standing there covered in her mother's blood.

"ZACH!! HOW COULD YOU!!!" She screamed at him. "YES I HATE HER BUT, I DIDN'T WANT HER DEAD!!" She yelled and stood up. "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE!!" She yelled hitting him on the chest.

Finally finished typing his tho!! It took 2 hours!!! Ugh!! XD tehe I like making you guys mad with cliffies!!
