On the way...

A pleasure

Morning we loaded our van with our luggages and left to Ishwa's house. Within an hour we was infront of the gate. The gate opened and we drove in. There was Ishwa waiting for us as we parked the car. It was a pleasure seeing him, waiting for us.

At the back yard was the pool area.

The dining room and kitchen was on the other side.

The bungalow mansion was the one like we used to see in movies. It was a pleasure to witness this luxurious modern house.
Ishwa helped us with our luggages and showed us the guest house.
Then we settled in our rooms and became fresh with drinks. Then Ishwa took us on the house tour. On the way, he began, "So it's our silver jubilee celebrations and it is to be arranged few distance from the side yard, on the plain area. Parking area is fine. Food can be of any style, but I guess it's good to be a buffet." I nodded. He continued, "Its WillSun Engineering's projects launch and on that special day I will be crowned as the CEO of WillSun. Also our hundredth project will be launched in the presence of Jagu uncle and family, that is the adventure theme park." Then he showed us the area to organise the event. Once we were done with examining the land, he gave the advance payment. Then we had our lunch. He then introduced us to the house workers. Then he again took us to the land, "If any help needed, inform us. Organise the event well for us."
We smiled, he came over to me and wished, "All the best", I thanked him as he walked into his room.

We walked all over the house and got an idea of all things and then team Iksa sat together to discuss the ideas. Then we had tea and snacks in between. By dinner time we had a plan in our mind. After dinner we interviewed Vikram uncle and Aishwarya aunt and recorded it. I gave the video clips to Rish. Then we went to our rooms in the guest house. The guest house was near to the gate, we had to walk to there. As soon we closed the doors, we fell on the bed.

Second day, all were up by sunrise and after our morning routine, we had breakfast. We were planning and we began searching out things. Then we had lunch, after that we also brought in the required stuffs. Our plan was set and Ishwa came over to check. Then we all had tea together. Then we slightly started organising the lights so that tomorrow we will be able to work well at night. Then we had dinner and then we had some friends - time in the pool. Then we all were at bed.

Today early morning we woke up and after breakfast we began our work. In midst of our works we had our meals. Lunch, tea and snacks and dinner. Today Ishwa was not at home, he had went to the office so there was no one to come over and check us but still we did our work.

Sam, Aksha and Jia was helping everyone, especially Harz. Mikki, items organizer, began setting up things related to building, construction etc. because it's WillSun Engineering's projects launch day too. Nichu was organising welcoming side, she designed it with materials that seemed to be futuristic. Sathu was setting up decoration items related to engineering. Kitti was maintaining the accounts as everyone started organising the event. Rahu and Akku went to the shops to obtain the few items. Harz began setting up the stage with the helpers. Adi confirmed the food items and desserts to be bought at the day time of the event. Rish made up a journey-video of WillSun Engineering. He also recorded Vikram uncle and Aishwarya aunt's happiness of owning such a branded company for 25years. Rish also set up the light and sound system and designed the graphics to be projected on the screen near the stage. I was supervising it over all and helping everyone.  Ishwa was back by now. He came to the area where the event was organising and began helping us.

We had this one more day as the event was tomorrow evening. Morning all got up actively and had breakfast after our morning routine. Then all were at the event organising area. All the works were almost done by noon as we bought in all the necessary things. The technical support room was set up behind the stage, from there Rish tried and checked out the lighting, sounds and other technical works. He put forth DJ section on the side corner of the stage, infront of a small built up pool on that event area. Behind the technical support room stood the generator. The welcoming side was made in a style like everyone would feel that they were entering into an advanced futuristic place. From there spreads the multicoloured carpet to the stage. On the long wide stage, we made up a glass square box covered by coloured crystal curtains, inside which a high back royal chair was placed. According to my plan it was to crown the new CEO. There were two screens on the sides of the stage to project the videos. Speakers were set from all four directions. In front of the stage was couches and cabaret seating for family, relatives and business tycoons. Behind it was cocktail and banquet style seating for guests and friends, on the either sides of the carpet. On the sides and other areas and the borders were all very decorated. There were the number balloon of 25, there were balloon pillars, then few items were kept for showcasing. It was items related to engineering and their coming up project. The food items were to be arranged on the right side and the food would be bought tomorrow by the catering service. Everything was set by dinner time. After dinner we were checking the budget. And all was set.

Eagerly waiting for tomorrow. If we succeed tomorrow in pleasing Ishwa's family, we will get more offers to organise events of more business tycoons. We will spread wider, once we become a good event organiser then automatically people will approach us. That doesn't matter, we will also organise small as well as big events. If we are liked in this project too then we will recieve the awards from the global heads of event organisers. Once we are done tomorrow, everyone will know about us. Fame. Already we have started to recieve calls to book dates to organise the event. It is a pleasure! A pleasure to grow... A pleasure to spread... A pleasure to live like in our dreams...

We were walking to our guest house, my team members were walking in front of me while I was slowly walking to our room, when I heard Ishwa talk in the phone, "Hello! Oh it's you Neetu. Yes! It's tomorrow evening. Sure! You can come. Ok... No problem. With? Oh! Roshan. Introduce me to Roshan tomorrow. Why I didn't give you a chance? That... that's because... Nothing like that." He suddenly saw me and he went on, "All are about to sleep Tara. So see you tomorrow evening. Good night."
