'Are you okay, (y/n)? You look really drained', Draco asked me at the Slytherin table at breakfast.

'I'm fine'.

'(Y/n)'! I looked up to the Professors table to see who called me. It was Gilderoy, or course. I sighed and went up. 'Hello, sweetheart'.

'Don't call me that', I said, lazily.

'Anyway, I'm going to be hosting a duel club tomorrow, would you like to assist me'?

'Well I-'

'Excellent, good girl'. I rolled my eyes. 'Ready for the game today'? He winked.

'Well, I don't know, I haven't played much quidditch'.

'But you are good at it, sweetheart'.

'Stop calling me that, your not my father'.

I headed straight to the pitch after that and waited for a while until the others arrived and the students were in the stands. I mounted my broom and kicked it off the ground.

Slytherin was on 90 points about a few minutes in. I just kept my eyes out for the snitch. Once I caught sight of it, I wasted no time in chasing it.

I looked back to see Harry and a bludger chasing after him.

'Harry, there's a bludger on your tail'! I yelled.

'Someone's jinxing it', he yelled back.

I speeded toward the snitch, hoping whether me or Harry will catch it soon to end the game. Once I got close enough, I tried reaching out for it but it dived down.

'Ahh', I heard Harry yell.

'What'?

'The bludger hit my arm'.

Diving down with it and coming back up with the snitch. I tried to stand on my broom and catch it. (I'm changing it up a bit)

'Almost there, just a litt-'

I stepped forward, causing the broom to trip and I fell on the ground. Harry stepped down also.

'(Y/n) Prince has caught the snitch'. The bludger came up, narrowly missing my legs. Just in time, Hermione came a destroyed the bludger.

'Harry, (y/n), you alright'? Hermoine asked, worried.

'I am but Harry has a broken arm'.

'Not to worry, Harry, I will fix your arm straight away'.

'No, not you', Harry cried.

'I agree, Gilderoy just let me take him to the hospital wing', I huffed.

'They don't know what they are saying, now this won't hurt a bit', Gilderoy said, pulling Harry's sleeve up. 'Brackium Emendo'. Gilderoy dropped his wand and picked up Harry's arm, it fell like jelly-like there was no bone.

'And that is why you leave it to the professionals', I said, watching Harry's arm.

'Well, ahh, this sometimes can happen but the point is you can no longer feel any pain and it very clearly the bones are not broken'. He bent Harry's arm back.

'Not broken, there are no bones left', Hagrid explains.

'Much more flexible though'. I gagged.

'Harry, come on, let's take you to the hospital wing, Ron, Hermione can you help me'.

We headed for the castle to the hospital wing. Madam Pomfrey gave Harry some drink but Harry instantly spat it back out.

'What were you expecting pumpkin juice'.

'Skele-grow', I laughed.

'You will be staying the night, Potter, now the three of you should go, Potter needs to get some rest'. Hermione, Ron, and I all nodded and left.

'You were brilliant, (y/n), the only one so far that bet Harry to the snitch', Ron said. I began feeling light-headed and dizzy.

'Thanks'.

'(Y/n), are you feeling okay'?

'Yeah, I just-' My legs gave way and darkness enveloped me.

I shot up in bed. Again, I was in the hospital wing. It was dark, indicating nighttime. I let out a breath and rubbed my head. The candle lit.

'Professor? What happened'?

'You fainted', he said. His voice is softer than usual.

'I fainted? From what'?

'Lack of eating, it seems you haven't been eating which caused you to faint, so...' He motioned to a plate with food and a goblet.

'Are you telling me to eat'?

'You have to, we don't want you fainting again'. I crossed my legs and grabbed the plate with pancakes with syrup, fruits, and cream. 'They're still warm', I said taking another bite.

'A simple spell'.

'Been here long'?

'A few hours'.

'Why do you care enough to be here'?

'I told you, I don't care, it's my job or do you want your father figure to come in', he said, referring to Gilderoy.

'He's not my father figure, no one on earth can replace my father, do you understand'?

'What do you like to be called then, Miss O'Neil? Miss Prince? Miss Lockhart'?

'Oh no, don't you start Professor, (y/n) Prince is fine'.

'Bambi Prince'?

'(Y/n) Bambi Prince'.

'Finished'? I nodded and set the plate down back on the bedside table and began to fiddle with my fingers. Like he read my mind, he spoke.

'So your hungry now'?

'Well, I was hungry before but I didn't taste food so I wasn't craving'.

'Do you want more than'?

'Oh no no no, I'm okay, I don't want to bother you further'.

'You're not'. He left with the plate and goblet.

I didn't recognize it before but there was my mother's advanced potions book. I took it and opened it to a random page. The page was filled with my writing and her writing.

'Who's book is that'?

'My mother's'.

'Her writing I presume'.

'Yeah, mixed with mine', I laughed.

'I know'. I began to eat my second plate of food.

'Did you take the book from my dorm'? He nodded. When I finshed my second plate, he took it from me.

'Get to sleep, we have that duel club tomorrow'.

'Your involved in that too'?

'Obviously'. I laid back down and turned around.

An hour went by and I still didn't get to sleep. I turned and stared up to the ceiling of the hospital wing.

'Do you always have difficulty sleeping'? I sighed.

'Yeah... professor, why do you insist staying here with me during the night'?

'To make sure you don't do anything dumb when your here'. I heard him get up, go somewhere and come back. 'Drink this'.

'What is it? I can't see'.

'It's just a sleeping draught'. I drank it and gave the vile back to him. After a few short minutes, I dozed off into sleep.
