Your in the car with your best friend Mj and her parents while Mj brother is in the very back seat sleeping

You and Mj are talking when you hear police siren behind you

" oh boy" Mj mom says and Mj dad's pulled over

You look behind you and see the police officer getting out of his cop car

He starts to come up to the window with his hand on his gun by his hip

"Hey officer what's the trouble" Mj dad says

" can I see your license and registration" the police officer says

" we didn't do anything wrong" Mj says to the police officer

" mj stop" you whisper

The cops see you

"Sir am gonna ask you to get out of the car" the officer opens the door

"He didn't do anything wrong officer" Mj mom stated

Just then the officers cow worker comes over and makes Mj mom get out of the car too

"Kids am gonna ask you to also get out of the car"

"This is insane" you say as you get out of the car

"Am gonna ask you to put your hands on the car"

Mj mom and dad do so

"Now kid are these people kidnapping you" the officer says to you

Your eyes widen as you know what this is about

"What no am friends with them" you stated

"Now kid you can tell us" the officer says

"And I said there not" you start to get angry why were some people like this

Just then there is movement in the car

"Woo" the officers grab their guns and hold it up to the car

You and Mj started to scream at the officers

Mj dad pushes the officer gun down to the ground then the officers coworker grabs him and pushed him onto the car

"DONT SHOOT" Mj mom said as she puts her hands up

" THATS MY SON don't shoot my son" Mj dad said

You and Mj start to cry

"Your under arrest" the officer starts to say as he grabs his cuffs out

"What why" you ask as you get in-front of the officer

" kid this man just assaulted me and my partner"

"No he didn't" Mj comes in

"And he kidnapped you" the officers partner says

"Just because we're different skin color doesn't mean anything" you look at both of the officers

" that's exactly what it is" the officer says as he cuffs Mj dad and mom

"Kids everything will be ok" Mj mom says to you and Mj

There started to take them to the cop car

"STOP please" Mj says

" I DEMAND YOU TO STOP" you say as your follower the officers

They stop moving

"And why is that" the officers coworker says looking at you

" because am y/n stark and I can have my dad who you know as tony stark to come here and sue and get your asses fired" you stated

The officers eyes widen

" we're sorry kid" there start to uncut Mj parents

" yea you should be" you say as they get done un cuffing Mj parents

Mj runs and hugs them

"You folks have a good night" the officer says as he and his partner back into the cop car

You get home to the avengers tower

"Hey kiddo how was Mj's" your dad aka tony stark says as you walk in

Once you close the door you fall back on it and slide down and start to cry putting your knees to your chest

Tony and the rest of the avengers come running to you

" babe what's wrong" your boyfriend Peter says as he sits in-front of you

"Sweetheart what's wrong" your dad says as he puts his hand on your back

" we we were j- just driving" you start to say as your started to cry harder

" what happen next" nat says as she thinks knows what happened

" then police officers comes and" you started to sob

"It's ok take your time" Steve says

You look at your dad with tears still coming down " dad we need to sue them"

"Sue who" your dad ask confused

" y/n did the officers come up to the car and took their guns out on you and Mj family" Peter ask

You started to sob while nodding

Peter pulls you into him

"How did you know spider boy" Thor ask

"It happen with me when I was with Ned" peter says as he plays with your hair

" hunny were gonna sue them ok" dad says nodding at you

"Peter how about you take her to bed" Wanda says

Peter nods taking you in his arms and carrying you to your bed

He lays you down and sees you sleeping

Couple days later

Your in court with Mj family and your dad

"Your Horner we were just doing our jobs" the officers defend

" with the evidence of the Stark side and the video of their son took while he was in the car"
The judge started

"I found you guilty" judge says and stamps on her desk with her wand thing

You smile and Mj hugs you

" thank you Stark" Mj parents say

"It's not a problem" dad says as he smiles
