"The walls were thin but we never could say anything personal"
Welcome to a fanfic where Technoblade and Dream are raised in separate rooms but the walls were thin so they could communicate. PLEASE DO NOT STEAL MY BOOK BUT GO AHEAD AND USE THE TROPE...
After dinner Schlatt showed me a wide variety of paints he owned, I took a baby pink, ruby red, and sunny yellow. I began walking to my room when Schlatt stopped me "Can I watch you paint kid?" He asked, I smiled lightly and nodded before continuing my trek out of the garage and up some sets of stairs.
Once we got to my room I painted the walls a base of the pink, proceeding to add some ruby red scribbles around and then taking the rest of the night to put a sparkle like overlay out of the yellow.

I smiled proudly at it, even though it was very abstract, I really liked it. I heard clapping from behind me, I quickly turned around 'I forgot about him!' I thought.
"Thats fucking amazing Tech!" He smiled, I blushed out of embarrassment
"You really think so?" I asked
"Yeah!" Schlatt stood up "Its abstract but its really cool!!"
I smiled and we stood in silence for a moment
"Get some rest, We'll visit your family tomorrow" He spoke, walking towards the door
"Alright" I smiled nervously as he left the room. I sat down on my bed and started getting lost in thought
'Do they miss me?'
'Is Dream still there?'
'What if they got hurt looking for me?'
And it kept going with the 'what if?'s until I ended up passing out across the bed

Schlatt shook me awake "nghh go away..." I mumbled
"Kid you gotta get ready to visit your family" He spoke
"Visit?..." I opened my eyes
"Yeah, I'll leave you now that you're awake" Schlatt left the room as I sat back up, looking around 'Oh right...' I stood up and walked around my room, getting dressed after a moment of just walking.
I went downstairs to see a giant breakfast, just looking at it made my mouth water. Schlatt walked in "Hey! I hope you like breakfast kid" He ruffled my hair as he passed to sit in his seat.
"This.... is breakfast?!" I exclaimed
He chuckled at my response "Just sit down and eat kiddo"
