Ash walked outside with everyone else to practice. All around her students were practicing their shifting. She saw white wolves, spotted wolves, brown wolves, black wolves, red wolves, and more. She was shocked really, why was she in this school? Did Christina or Roan know anything about this? If so why? Ash breathed in and out until she was calm again, she decided to try to shift, and if she was right then,

She also was a shifter.

Ash focused on the warm spot in her mind where she thought her wolf was, she tried calling to it she thought she was close when a soft tap on her shoulder interrupted her, she glanced at the lady who interrupted her and frowned at the clothes in her hands. "Here." That was all the lady said, Ash's frown deepened but she took the clothes.

The lady moved on to another student and gave clothes to him as well, the only difference was that it had jeans instead of leggings and the shirt was blue instead of the rosy red that the females got. She shrugged and put the clothes on the ground while she tried to shift. Finally, she felt her, her wolf. When Ash asked if she could shift, her wolf eagerly did so, Ash could feel her body changing and her bones snapping, she let her wolf take full control.

Ash's wolf quickly grabbed the clothes gently from the ground and took off running.

Many other students in their wolf form ran alongside her wolf. Ash noticed that she was way smaller than the other wolves but she didn't care, all she wanted to do was run with the others.

Soon Ash took control again, and by then the bell rang, meaning that it was time for the next class, Hunting, Everyone stayed in their wolf forms so Ash took that as a sign that she should stay in her wolf form too.

As everyone trotted to class, she saw others join them in their wolf forms. Probably came from a different class and now they are going to the Hunting class too. Ash thought. Some of the other wolves stared at her, probably because of her small size, she tried to ignore the stares as she continued walking.

She squeaked in surprise as Hazel bumped against her side, nearly knocking her over. Ash could tell it was Hazel by her smell.

"Hi, Ashe!" She said in what was apparently wolf language. "Just Ash," she replied. "A-S-H." She pronounced for Hazel.

"Ok, Ashe," Hazel said trying not to giggle. Ash glared at Hazel, it's not that she minded being called Ashe, it's just that even when other people don't understand the difference, she does. Ash tried to knock Hazel over, but Hazel wasn't even affected, AT ALL.

The thought annoyed her but she shrugged it off.

Ash was used to it but this time it was more friendly and wasn't meant to be hurtful so she let it slide, Ash pretended to grumble about how it was unfair that she was so small and that she was weak.

She was surprised when they headed through the back door of the school. Instead of inside, Hunting was outside in the woods right next to the school.

Ash shivered as she looked at the instructor, she didn't have that friendly aura that Instructor Albino had. Soon everyone came and class started.

Time flied by, soon enough it was lunchtime. Hazel sat by Ash as they quietly ate their lunch outside,

(which for some reason was preferred by the students).

"So," Hazel said, breaking the silence. "Which pack are you from?" She asked. "I don't know, I've never been in one," Ash said hesitantly. "Oh so are you a lone wolf? You know always on the run, can never go into pack territory only neutral territory?"

"Yeah, I guess but not always on the run, I never knew I was a shifter until today," Ash replied.

"Oh."

"Anywho, I want to show you the many Alphas in the school. First is Saraphina, she is the only female Alpha in the whole school, sure there are a few Lunas but Saraphina is the only main female Alpha." Ash's eyes followed Hazel's eyes, she was looking at a strong-looking female, she was a redhead with ice-cold blue eyes. "Many say she's the hottest female they've ever seen, some even say she's bisexual which is rare."

She looked at Saraphina again.

"If you know what's best for you you'll keep your head down around her, she's only nice to her friends," Hazel warned. She quickly looked down.

"Sorry," Ash murmured half-heartedly."There's no need to be sorry, your a newbie to all of this apparently," Hazel told her.

She felt someone staring at her, Ash looked around to see who it was, then her eyes locked onto Saraphina's eyes.

Ash blushed and looked down, not wanting to get in trouble.

The rest of the day went pretty much the same way, she learned more about wolves and how to act like one but she was getting behind on Fighting because of her small size.

At the end of the day, Hazel introduced Ash to Nyx and Sunny, she said that they were the two Delta's for the Comet Pack, Nyx told Ash that the pack's named Comet Pack because of the comet that hit their pack's territory a thousand years ago.

As Ash fell asleep, she was excited and ready for the next day, and while she cuddled Avery close, she fell asleep at last.
