To say that the past two months have been busy would be an understatement. When we were not driving Lyric to her appointments, or helping her during her assignments, we were cleaning out and straightening up the spare rooms, and preparing the house for when her beloved uncles arrive. In between dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down walls and furniture, nothing was left untouched. Anything that wouldn't be needed was put away in the basement. The beds were changed with fresh sheets and blankets. Pillows were fluffed in the dryer and clean curtains were hung on the windows. Extra towels were brought into the bathrooms along with shampoo , conditioner, toilet paper, bodywash and skin care products. We also stocked the pantry and deep freezer with extra food. Several packs of paper plates and napkins were placed in the cabinets and extra silverware placed in the drawer. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows were placed in the hallway closet. On top of all the cleaning and prepping, Lyric and I had decided to learn Korean so we downloaded an app and study every night after dinner. We want to surprise the guys when they arrive by greeting them in Korean.
I was checking to see if everything was fine, looking to see if anything needed done before they get here. Namjoon had just called from the Charlotte airport to let me know they would be here within an hour. Lyric is upstairs making her bed the best way she can while I am checking to see if I am missing anything that might need done. Once done me and Lyric head outside on the front porch to wait.

After about 15 minutes, we see 4 cars coming down the long dirt road towards our house. Lyric starts jumping in excitement as soon as the cars reach the house. When the doors open, I lead her down the steps. As soon as they have gathered outside of the car we greet them.
" annyeong, eoseo osipsio." Lyric and I say together while bowing.
The guys all smile while looking surprised. a chorus of wow's and aaw's greet us and the next thing I know, Lyric and I are in the biggest group hug ever.
